Situated in "La Judería", this house is located in the pedestrian-only side of one of the most ancient and beautiful streets in Seville. This is a very comfortable “home from home”, furnished to an exceptional standard with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture, air-conditioning, lift for comfortable access to all floors and very high quality mattresses in all beds, making it the perfect place to return after a busy days sightseeing for one or two families or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the history and character of Seville whilst living in a luxury home. The main façade faces the palace of Don Miguel Mañara, on whose early life is based the universal character of Don Juán Tenorio. The original medieval palace was modernized to Renascence style in the XVI c. and it has been declared 'Historical Patrimony of Spain'. The lateral facade faces an orange-tree lined street opposite St. Bartholomew's church, built in XVIII c. over the ancient central synagogue of Seville.

Amazing home and perfect location

We loved everything about our stay in Seville, but the home made it even better. Location is perfect, everything was walkable. We loved that our extended family all could stay together, and the home was very comfortable. ACs all worked and kept us cool in the summer heat. Thank you!

Seville holiday

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa was even better in real life—beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was so lovely, ensuring everything went smoothly. We had consistent contact throughout our stay, and any questions or requests were quickly taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Fabulous holiday home

This was an excellent base for 8 friends to explore Seville.Host Maria was incredibly helpful and we loved sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine in the late evening.

Great location!

Maria’s property is perfect for a large group to stay at and explore Seville. Can walk to all the sights and are close to the train station. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Maria is very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful house with fabulous roof terrace

Very comfortable family home right in the heart of the old city. Perfectly quiet location, giving the experience of living in old Seville. We were able to walk to all sites and restaurants from the house. The roof terrace is a real plus as it has wonderful views for breakfast and sundowners are the end of the day.

Making Memories in Seville

This house provided all that our family of ten needed for our reunion in Seville. Bed space was ample. The modern kitchen was outfitted well for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spacious. The roof-top terrace not only provided space to relax and unwind after busy days, its views gave a good perspective on the neighborhood. Near restaurants, shops, and attractions, our stay in this old section of Seville met all our expectations.

A great house to stay with friends

This lovely spacious house was ideal for our group of 8 women friends. Completing and sending the police forms on arrival was a hassle, could this have been done in advance?

Best spot in the city

We were a group of 9 (although not all were in the house at the same time) and very extremely happy with the house. Exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and since the weather was hotter than expected we really appreciated the COLD A/C!! We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and late night gathering. The location was close to most everything we wanted to go to, but wasn't loud. Overall, very pleased, and we would stay there again. Maria was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

STUNNING, clean home in heart of old city - EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

EXCELLENT experience in every way!!!!! Photos cannot capture the elegance and stately charm of this magnificent home! The host is absolutely fantastic - responsive, friendly and providing great information and suggestions. Everyone in our group LOVED this property!We stayed here during a family trip for people ages 18 to 83, and this home exceeded our needs and expectations.We found it clean and comfortable, in addition to being historic and absolutely lovely. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers (with great water pressure and lighting!), and large bath sheets were provided. The 5 bedrooms are all unique and all have air conditioning. A washer and dryer are also provided, which we appreciated and found to work perfectly. There are some really fun features too, including the spacious rooftop patio (with a tiny dipping pool!), an elevator, and a beautifully decorated large salon and dining area. Right when you walk through the huge wooden door and through the gated vestibule, you enter a marble lobby with a 4-story high ceiling - we were awed!! The location is FANTASTIC- you’re in the heart of the old city with short walks to everything! 4 minutes to cafés and shops, 6 minutes to the Carrefour Express, and 15 to the Setas. We did not want to leave! Seville is amazing, and escaping the heat into this regal home after sightseeing was the perfect way to wrap the days. Staying here definitely elevated our trip! 110% pleased!!

Birthday celebration in Seville

9 of us spent a week in Seville to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday Pros - house is in quiet location right in the heart of the city, big living/dining room, lots of bathrooms, lovely roof terrace. Cons - floors are marble so noise carries, kitchen on the small side. Host responded to all questions promptly. Would recommend this house

Fabulous stay in Sevilla

Seven of us had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property is in a great location with many cafes nearby. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and the amount of closet space is impressive. The ceilings are very tall and it was lovely to be able to open the windows/doors to enjoy the ambiance and fresh air. Though it rained a lot during our stay, we were able to hang out on the huge rooftop a couple of times. The communication with Maria Elena was great. She sent us a list of her favorite restaurants and also a schedule of the Semana Santa parades. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay.

Very nice sevillan house

Ideally placed and quiet.Impeccable linen. Very pleasant roof terrace, magical at night. Perfect for 6/8 people, insufficient for 12: dining table: 8 seats, Terrace table: 6 seats. Insufficient dishes. Disappointing comfort: 4 children ( 5 to15 years old)in the same office/room designed for 2 beds with 2 additionnal mattresses on the floor)… Very good relationship with the owner.

Luxury house in Seville

Pros - close to centre, so easy to walk everywhere, spacious, airy, roof terrace, good air con, comfortable beds, very clean, friendly host Cons - no welcome pack with water/milk which would have been helpful as we had a late arrival, emergency phone in lift not working - lack of clear instructions on how to use the lift (should be on poster as well as in blue folder) meant that assistance was needed and engineer was called out, sewage smell at times from a couple of the bathrooms

Phenomenal Accommodation Centrally located in Seville

Spent the week with family exploring Seville. Beautiful home centrally located. Everything we needed and more. Communication with the house manager Maria was seamless. Housekeeper Loli was so kind as we were leaving. Comfortable beds. Relaxing common areas. Easily adjustable A/C but also plenty of fresh air and sunlight. So much room. Excellent space for family of parents, young teens, college age and young adults. Brought an HDMI and adapter to easily stream movies from Netflix for the younger set on the TV for a treat while the older set went out late at night. Rooftop patio was literally the best! Gorgeous days and nights spent relaxing in this space. Washer/Dryer was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again. 5+

Seville with Friends

I stayed in this property with 5 friends and it was perfect. It is very well kept and in my opinion the pictures do not do it justice. It is very well located, a short walk from the cathedral and bars and restaurants. At the same time it is in a very quiet location. It is well equipped with numerous bathrooms. The terrace proved to be a great facility, providing a welcome place to relax at the end of the day. Maria is an incredible host. I was booking at short notice and after the initial contact she requested that I hold off booking whilst she resolved an issue with the aircon. She was aware this would be an issue for us and there was obviously a risk to her that I could have booked another property. I think alot of hosts would have kept quiet about the issue to secure the booking with little thought for us. Needless to say the issue was resolved and we finalised the booking. Maria was incredibly accommodating letting one of the party into the property ahead of time and allowing us some flexibility upon checkout. She was quick to respond to our queries and offer help. All hosts should be like this. We had no problems with the property and I would happily stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Lovely Formal Home Until It Started to Smell Like Sewage

The property itself was lovely. Three floors with a rooftop patio and an elevator to make life easier. The property manager was easy to communicate with although we never met her. It would have been nice to have had a tour and learn how things worked. The house has stone/marble floors and as such sound reverberated throughout the house. Cooking was a chore as many standard implements and basic spices were not present. Half way through our stay we started noticing a foul odour in the house. I contacted the property manager who said she would send a plumber but apparently he never came. When I followed up with her she said there was nothing he could do at the moment. I raised the issue of her compensating us for part of the stay and received no response. To my mind this was unacceptable especially considering we had a 1 and a 3 year old staying with us and exposing them to these fumes is unacceptable. Obviously I cannot recommend this VRBO property.

GORGEOUS House and fabulous location

Everything we 5 guests could have needed. There was an issue with the elevator and our host was very responsive and had it fixed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the rooftop terrace was such a treat--wonderful views. It was a perfect week in Seville.
