The front door opens into a grand reception hall, with marble floors and a staircase leading upstairs. On the left is a comfortable twin bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom. Straight ahead, double doors open into the spacious living and dining room, on the left is the living area, with soft leather sofas in front of an open fireplace. There is also a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and CD. Two double doors to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is through a doorway from the dining area. Extremely spacious and fully equipped, There is also a breakfast table that seats six. Upstairs, the landing leads to two double bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Doors lead out to a spacious balcony terrace overlooking the Monchique mountains, perfect for secluded sunbathing.

Excellent stay in a fantastic villa

We spent a wonderful week in this superb villa and enjoyed the calmness next to the pool. The house is ideally located to explore all regions of the Algarve provided you have a car.

We had an amazing stay at this villa , it was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean ,the pool and gardens were lovely and well maintained , everything we needed was provided, a big thank you to everyone involved that made our family holiday really special , Sylvia , Kevin and his staff , the lovely lady who came to clean and then returned later to change the bedding , the pool guys and also the gardener, I would highly recommend this property

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Superb villa, very quiet location but just 6 minutes drive to several beaches and the loverly beachside town of Caveneiro, that has great shops, restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach.The villa was clean, had great facilities and everything you need for a fantastic holiday.The pool is fantastic.The managing agent, Kevin, was so helpful, thank you Kevin.All in all a perfect place for a great getaway, I would thoroughly recommend!

A lovely spacious villa. Very nice large pool. Supermarkets nearby. We found a very nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away. Our only criticism was the mattresses on the beds in the downstairs bedroom which were rather uncomfortable. We would go back were it not for the experience we had at Faro airport passport control. But that a whole different story!

Superb villa

A superb villa , lovely and clean , amazing pool area . Had an amazing week staying here with friends . Peaceful location , lots of outside space . Very clean and the housekeeper came twice and freshened the villa , clean towels . Highly recommend . Car recommended to access the lovely beaches nearby . Definitely would stay here again .

Such a beautiful place to stay. Provided everything we needed and more. The pool was incredible, grounds lovingly cared for, everything is well looked after. Fantastic location, quiet yet very close to beaches and supermarkets. Aldi only 5 minutes away. Bedrooms all very spacious and spotless. Air con in all bedrooms and lounge. A car is definitely helpful to explore the stunning area. No one wanted to leave, the 5 of us, with 3 teenagers had the most wonderful holiday. Thank you so much.

Spacious well maintained villa with lovely large pool and pretty garden with fruit trees. Beautiful views both at the front and back of the villa. Our 11th year at this villa we absolutely love it! Would recommend hiring a car.

Above and beyond expectations

Simply put this villa is amazing. Spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped - we were certainly hit by the ‘wow’ factor upon arrival. Everything that we could of wished for was there, home from home feeling, everything had been thought of. Stunning garden and a very well maintained pool (210cm at deepest point) frequently visited by maintenance man. Balcony, sun terrace for the last of the evening sun, this place has it all. I honestly can’t stress how amazing this property is. Had the pleasure of speaking to the owner too - lovely lady.. You’re in great hands! Thank you, Sylvia.

Fabulous villa

Great location, the maid service twice while we were there (two weeks) was very much appreciated.My suggestion to the owner (who replied immediately every time we had a question) is to have a binder with important information for their guests.Every VRBO we’ve been to (many) has one, this is the first time it wasn’t available.Like where to take your garbage and recycling, walk-to restaurants, information on local area, how to work the TV (we couldn’t watch anything) etc. We had no success contacting the manager.Pool was cool but cleaned every few days and plenty of space in the house. Can’t fault a thing!

Portugal-tolle Buchten und ein fantastischer Pool

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus Vista Montana verbracht. Der Pool ist nicht zu toppen und die großzügige Räume waren hervorragend. Alles blitzsauber auch Dank einer „guten Fee“, die uns einige Male nach dem „heimkommen“ vom Strand mit gemachten Betten etc. überrascht hat. Vielen Dank!

Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Eine ausreichend ausgestattete Villa mit 6x12 Meter Pool. Leider hat der Pool keine Heizung. Könnte also ab Oktober etwas kühl werden, ca. 18 bis 21 Grad. Internet sehr schnell. Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Nur ein Nachbar. Kaum Fahrzeugverkehr. Was fehlt ist eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit für draußen. Da steht nur ein kleiner Plastiktisch ohne Schatten. Lage ist super. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto überall.

Great property

Just back from a super stay in Carvoeiro. The villa was fantastic, in a quiet location but close to all the delights of Carvoeiro. Sylvia was great to deal with, replying promptly to all queries. The pool was a great size, ideal for us, a family of 5. Overall it's a great villa.

Schöne Villa

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in der Villa. Die Maid war sehr herzlich! Danke dafür! Abends bellen manchmal ein paar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das Objekt liegt eben in einer Siedlung, das kann dann kaum anders sein. Der Pool ist schön große und die Villa ist schön.

Beautiful villa

We have just spent a lovely relaxing holiday at this excellent villa. The location for us was perfect with easy access to nearby towns, golf courses, beaches and plenty of lovely restaurants to eat at. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable. Adelina the housekeeper is friendly and looks after everything very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here as a great place to stay. Will definitely return.

Melhor semana de férias no Algarve

Lovely villa

Beautiful villa, very spacious. In a quiet location convenient to all beaches and only a 5 minute drive to Carveoiro and the Intermarche supermarket. The private garden and pool area was beautifully maintained. Adelina the cleaner could not be more helpful and left the villa spotlessly clean. She was so quiet and unobtrusive you forgot she was there! Would certainly recommend and hope to go back very soon.

Nice stay!

A very lovely and pleasant house in a very quiet area. Big spaces and clean. We spent a very nice stay! The host is very reactive and easy to reach. The location is perfect for what we were looking for and not far from the beaches and stores. However, the pool is a bit too cool because unheated but still much better than the sea... Pay attention to the fact they are not a lot of basic equipments such as salt, pepper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid... We stayed one week and had to buy full products. Otherwise, we recommend this house!!

We live in south west London and both work hard, spending most of our holidays in Portugal. It takes only 4-5hours travel door to door! We have made many friends in Carvoeiro and enjoy regular reunions. We have lots of favourite restaurants and places to go it certainly is our second home! Year purchased: 2001.

Why they chose this property

We love Carvoeiro originally a typical fishing village because of the wonderful people, the layout of many varied villas and few hotels. There are some beautiful beaches, coves and walks. It has fabulous restaurants, bars and various shops. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hours drive away.
