A beautiful house with wonderful view from the living rooms and bedrooms. Can’t really fault it and hope to be back soon. Weather was unbelievable as well.
Fabulous! Beautiful house in an amazing location. Even better than suggested by the photos.

Tomharra review
The size of the property was just right for our party. The cooker and some of the pans weren’t very clean and the light shades above the dining table were very dusty. More saucepans would have been helpful especially if you were catering for large numbers. The dish washer wasn’t brilliant, we dried the dishes by hand most of the time. We had paid extra for towels & bedding but we were some towels short. I can only speak for our bedroom but I did think the mattress could do with changing, also some of the duvets were badly stained and needed cleaning or replacing. The fan in the en suite bathroom was very noisy and the drains couldn’t cope if you used the over head shower on full, same in one of the other bathrooms. Some of the seat covers were rather tatty. However the weather & the view from the house made up for the negatives.
Such a lovely house with everything needed for a wonderful stay. We have always loved Rock and have now found the perfect place to stay. Katie is a great host and always so responsive. We can't wait to stay again.
Great property everything we needed - Katy the owner very helpful throughout - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a superb property

Beautiful house in a beautiful location
What a view!
A lovely spacious, well appointed house with the most stunning views over the Estuary & beyond - mesmerising!
11 of us holidayed over New Year with adults, kids and dogs - everyone was extremely happy with the layout of the house, the proximity to restaurants, pubs, walks, shops etc.
Although Rock is small, with the house being set as good as on the beach - the ferry to Padstow was yards away and opens up many eating, drinking and walking options just 10 minutes ride away.
There are many stunning walks locally round to Daymer Bay, Trebetherick and onto Polzeath, it`s the most stunning part of Cornwall
Ticks every box, loved it!

BEST HOLIDAY HOUSE!
We could not fault this stunning property which offers breathtaking views, and has all the feeling of a 'home from home' as well as feeling understatedly luxurious. Nothing is too much trouble for the meticulous Katie, who catered to our every whim, definitively booking again.

Great house great location..a truly special place
We loved our week in Rock and made all the better from our stay in Tomhara. Everything was set up when we arrived and once the fighting was over as to who got what room we sat down and relaxed . What stunning views and a brilliant house with all the living areas upstairs with a great balcony.. Everything and more than the photos on the web. You really feel u are in a real beach property. Location wise it is great as only 5 minutes to magnificent beaches, cliff walks and the ferry to Padstow. I would recommend anyone to book Tomhara as it just lends to an easy going holiday. Went to Padstow for a couple of meals and great wine in the wine bar Bin2. Blue Tomatoe good for burger .......the owner was really helpful when we messed up the cooker timer and had us sorted in moments ..thanks Katie...we had a great time and you have a lovely house ...we will be back!!!!

A stunning and modern house in Rock
The property has the most beautiful view and sits close to the Camel ski School which is rather convenient. The weather was great with plenty of fun on the beach and in the garden, not to mention the picturesque scenery and the fabulous view of the estuary. The rooms are well proportioned and light. The beds are superb and the bathrooms brilliant. The wet room was especially helpful to dry off the kit after going on the beach. Really loved our holiday here. Definitely coming again. See you next year. Thanks, Sol.

Why they chose this property
Let my tenants speak for me "“What a house! What a location! Quiet and secluded, yet close to the heart of everything. We had a fantastic time.”
