One Bedroom Apartment In Albufeira With Private Balcony And Sea Views

Our one bedroom air-conditioned apartment is located at the Top of the Old Town in Albufeira. Ideally located for all tastes with Fisherman’s Beach just a 2 minute walk and the bars, restaurants and shops within 300m - the apartment is set within the Bay View complex which has a large swimming pool, children’s splash pool and relaxing garden area. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows all with a sea views and a balcony where you can relax in private.

Bay View Algarve has free secure private WiFi access.

Please note that from 21 May 2024 the Municipality of Albufeira introduced a nightly Tourist Tax which is payable by all guests over the age of 13 at 2€ per night for a maximum of 7 nights. A QR code for payment will be sent prior to your arrival to collect the tax payment.

Great apartment close to all amenities

Apartment was ideal for my daughter and me. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops.Lovely balcony with a sea view for morning coffee. Gail the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Although close to nightlife if you want it the apartment was quiet and the bed comfy.

Loved the location of the property, the apartment itself was clean and modern, everything you needed, we enjoyed sitting out in the balcony every morning where you had a great sea view and people watching. The pool was a good size and we always got a sunbed. The Old Town Square was only a few minutes walk so even though it was quiet at the apartment you were never far away from the many bars and restaurants. Definitely would stay again

Me and my wife stayed for a week at Bay view and I have to say it is one of the best apartments we’ve been in. Very modern, very clean with everything you need also the location was spot on with a lovely sea view and literally 5 mins walk to the old town The communication with the host Gail was excellent answering all my questions very promptly Everything went so smooth from booking to arriving and then to actually leaving. We’ve already booked for next June and it can’t come soon enough.

Just wanted to say yet again another fab stay at Bayview. The addition of the new balcony was great and really finishes the apartment off. Gail & Darren were great hosts as always and the apartment was comfy, clean and as fab as last year. The only negative we have about our stay is that it went far too quickly. Good located apartment

Nice apartment which had all the facilities we needed for our stay in Portugal. Had some trouble with ants and drainage smells but that's no fault of the host. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated and Gail checked in with us during the end of our stay. The apartment is well located and the balcony seaviews were just a dream. We will definitely be back!

Gem in Albufeira

Location was perfect for us. Convenient for access to Old Town and the beach, but quiet so that we could get a good night’s rest. Communication with the owner was appreciated. Difficulty in finding the location to begin with due to construction and the building signage is not visible from the street. Available parking spot was appreciated, but it is a bit dodgy so we opted for a spot in the parking lot outside the garage. No issue finding space in October.

Our stay in June 2023

The property is very clean and comfortable. We had a 1.5 yo with us and he enjoyed the paddling pool and a nearby beach (which also had a lift which was very handy). Gail, the host made us feel very welcome and helped with organising transfers, which was very kind of her. There was a lovely view from the balcony, we enjoyed our morning coffees there. The flat is in old town which is better for families with kids (new part can be loud with all the clubbing) and short distance walk to many restaurants and a convenience shop. 5 stars for this property 🌟 nearby marina is a 20 min walk

Lovely relaxing holiday

This was our 12th trip to albufeira, and after a 2 years break we were really looking forward to it. We arrived at the apartment to be meeted and greeted by Gail & Darren who were very welcoming,and there for our arrival , they showed us around. The apartment was fab, just what we like. Clean modern, all the little home from home extras, inc beach towels. We weren't disappointed. Ideally located for both the old town and the beach, 5 minute walk to both. We prefer the beach than the pool but the pool area looked nice and well equipped but for us it's fishermans beach every time. With the added bonus of the lift up from the beach, it was an ideal opportunity to sample a sagres, outside bar Bizarro...our evenings were mainly spent sitting outside bar A Mare in the old square:) followed by the lovely home cooked Portuguese food at O Veileiro....try it, it's fab, along the main cobbled street 3 courses inc a bottle house white all or about 30 euros for 2. We love it there for either a light lunch or evening meal. Shalom also worth a visit and also ricardos near the sea front. There's a take away across the rd from the apartment and we tried a pizza from there twice, they were very good. Excellent little coffee bar down the road for a Tia Maria coffee and a great little supermarket opposite too. Basically the apartment was all we could ask for, ideally located, comfy, well equipped, ace power shower, all utensils, tv, DVD.....and with the added balcony to be in soon it will be superb..... We are already looking at our flights for next year and can't wait to go back. We would highly recommend the apartment and are missing albufeira already . If only we could get that lottery win! See you again 2014

Super appartement, juste ce qu'il faut, bien localisé. Appartement avec une super vue, un peu brouillant la nuit.mais en fermant les fenêtres nous n'antendons pas grand chose. Petit bémol pour la clim qui refroidit très difficilement. Mais en tout cas on est a côté de tout a pied et un super plus avec une place de parking. L,'hôte très attentionné. Merci encore.

Appartement très bien situé et très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances. La cuisine est bien équipée en ustensiles Serviettes de bain et de plage inclus dans la location,ce qui est appréciable. Une place de parking est également disponible, ce qui est un vrai plus en ville. Il y a une belle piscine dans la résidence et des transats en nombre suffisants. L'ensemble de la résidence est assez calme, de notre appartement nous entendions juste la musique d'un bar en contre-bas. Mais l'isolation des vitrages permet de bien dormir avec les fenêtres fermées. Les échanges avec Gail, le propriétaire, etait agréables et clairs. L'arrivée s'est donc très bien déroulée, comme tout le reste du séjour. Très bon emplacement pour découvrir l'Algarve

What makes this property unique

Location at the top of the Old Town means that you will have easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants while not being disturbed by large groups as you can do in the New Town area. The apartment has an outstanding view over the Ocean and we provide little extras such as beach towels at no addtional costs to save on the packing
