Our peaceful stay.

It was one of the best holidays we have had in Lanzarote and this is the fifth consecutive year we have been to the island. The villa suited our needs, was quiet, peaceful, the pool was lovely, Juan was so helpful even though his English was limited and so was our Spanish we managed. We would definitely stay there again

Central location in an impressive villa

This villa was in a perfect location for us as we were cycling each day, so was a good set off point. Very quiet and peaceful location up in the hills. We were surprised how much cooler it was that down on the coast and we couldn't swim as the pool was very cold but this didn't effect our holiday and I am sure in the Summer months it will be a welcome relief. Villa was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Just again a bit chilly at night but there were heaters but is was only start of February. Owners very helpful and replied very quickly to emails. Would highly recommend.

Nice but quite dated

The Villa is in a very nice location but you definitely need a hire car as amenities are in very short supply. Some of the furniture was dated and just needed a good spruce up. Barbecue was ok but chimney wasn't good. Pool was really nice. Communication was difficult with the owner. There was no supplies left in the fridge so if you, like us arrived late you are stuck. Maybe that was our fault for not thinking ahead. All in all not a bad holiday Villa few little things wrong.

¡Todo salió muy bien! Juan nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dio algunas ideas interesantes para hacer excursiones. Como el tiempo fue bueno la mayor parte del tiempo, solo utilizamos la casa para cocinar, ducharnos y dormir. Para nuestros propósitos, todo estaba bien equipado. Fue maravilloso poder nadar casi todos los días en la piscina climatizada con energía solar. Lo único que nos molestó un poco fueron los cristales de la protección contra el viento, ya que reflejaban mucho y no daban sensación de privacidad. Lo que nos encantó fue que había una zona exterior cubierta que nos permitió seguir sentados fuera durante las horas de lluvia. En general, nos sentimos muy a gusto, pero la próxima vez alquilaríamos la otra casa que Juan tiene justo al lado.Damos las gracias a Juani y Juan y les deseamos una feliz Navidad.Un saludo cordialNika y Bernd

zentral gelegenes großes Ferienhaus

Wir nahmen täglich ein erfrischendes Morgenbad im Pool und frühstückten auf der Terrasse. Tagsüber waren wir viel unterwegs, um Lanzarote zu erkunden. Es gab viel zu entdecken und war durch die zentrale Lage des Ferienhauses in alle Richtungen gut machbar. Geschlafen haben wir gut. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Etwas Ambiente bzgl. Gartengestaltung hat uns gefehlt. Einige genügsame Pflanzen -auch im Topf- und neue Stuhlkissen könnten den Außenbereich etwas gemütlicher wirken lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Juan hat super geklappt. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, der Vermieter war sehr nett. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Teleclub Mozaga, nette "Dorfwirtschaft" mit sehr gutem Essen.

Tranquilidad y relax en una ubicación excelente

La casa es un fiel reflejo de las fotos, muy bien cuidada, con todos los enseres que se pueden necesitar, la piscina y la barbacoa un plus inmejorable. Excelente ubicación para llegar a todos los puntos de la isla. Juani y Juan muy amables, nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo y fueron muy rápidos en contestar cualquier duda, volveremos.

Loved loved loved our stay. Juan was lovely, friendly and welcoming. The villa was spotless despite the hideous calima which had engulfed the canaries. Everything was perfect. It is quite dark with the wooden ceilings but the quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb. We all said if we were coming back to Lanzarote we would book this property again. The added visits from a beautiful wee friendly cat made it a home from home. Loved it.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr groß und der Pool lädt zum Planschen ein. Da die Inneneinrichtung recht dunkel gestaltet ist, mussten wir auch am Tage das Licht einschalten. Leider gab es ausser uns noch andere Bewohner im Haus, jede Menge Ameisen!!! Sobald das Essen auf dem Tisch war, kamen sie aus allen Ritzen. Es gibt aber ein Spray im Haus, von dem wir immer wieder Gebrauch machen mussten. Ansonsten hatten wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, da man von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in max.20-30 min erreichen konnte, also unbedingt ein Auto mieten.

Wir haben uns in diesem komfortablen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Gehobene Ausstattung des Wohnraumes, der Schlafzimmer und beiden Bäder. Grosser, gepflegter Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Juan fühlten wir uns - mit dem Google-Übersetzer klappte auch die Verständigung - bestens betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bonne location et bonne situation dans l'île

Dommage, temps pas assez beau pour avoir pu profiter de la piscine ! Le seul problème a été à l'arrivée le 26 janvier car l'adresse indiquée était : Calle Aniagua San Bartolomé et sur le GPS de notre portable, nous sommes bien arrivés dans cette rue mais pas du tout au bon endroit donc de nuit avec une voiture pas encore bien maîtrisée, nous avons tournés en rond un moment et nous nous sentions paumés. J'ai appelé Juan et heureusement que je me débrouille en espagnol car en fait c'est la calle Parral qui doit être indiquée comme adresse ; avons mis 1h pour arriver à destination à partir de l'aéroport au lieu de 20 mn maximum. Avons adoré Lanzarote. Yvana et Dominique

Ein Landhaus zum Wohlfühlen und mit viel Platz in der Inselmitte

Wir haben einen Teil der Weihnachtsferien auf Lanzarote verbracht und in einem der zwei Landhäuser von Juan gewohnt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Oft saßen wir draußen mit Kaffee oder Wein. Dies ist an drei Seiten möglich. Entweder am Pool, vor dem Haus mit Blick auf Felder, Berge und das Manrique Monument oder an der Seite mit Blick auf Felder und Teguise. Um den Pool (hat eine Pumpe) zu nutzen, war es noch zu kalt. Das Haus haben wir mit den zwei fest installierten Heizkörpern warm gehalten. Es gab auch noch einen kleinen mobilen Heizkörper. Beim Nutzen des heißen Wassers ist es ratsam sich abzustimmen. Die Nutzung des Stroms sollte nicht überstrapaziert werden. Die Küche hat einen guten Standard. Die Ausstattung könnte mal wieder überprüft werden (wie bspw. Anzahl der Messer, Müslischalen, Qualität der Pfannen). Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Insel Lanzarote in alle Himmelsrichtungen erkundet. Die Sonne, den Wind und die Erinnerungen an gutes Essen mit gutem Wein der Insel sowie die Freundlichkeit von Juan und Juani nehmen wir mit nach Hause.

An oasis of relaxation

The house is in a small hamlet of a few houses and very quiet and private. No noises at night and being uphill the air is fresher than down on the coast, but this is a great bonus as you will have the soundest sleep you've ever had. The house is very clean and has everything you would want when on holidays. The outdoor space with the pool is just perfect and has lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We had a very relaxing week. The only notes I have is that the bed linen seem to be a bit tired and could do with an update and there was a musty smell in the house when we first arrived (it was possibly due to the fact that the house had not been used for some time) but it disappeared after airing the place. Although there are bus stops not far from the house and a small shop within walking distance, I highly recommend having a car. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to completely switch off immersed in a rural setting.

Tranquil and Central

This villa really is as lovely as it looks in the picture. Located right in the centre of Lanzarote, with views of vineyards and the mountains, and wonderfully quiet. The villa was spacious, very well presented and furnished and kept beautifully cool at all times. The pool area was a secluded suntrap, always warm enough for an early morning swim, and a generous patio with plenty of choice for catching the sun or retreating to some cooling shade. The central location meant it was easy to visit any part of the island - north or south - whether it was the resorts and beaches or the volcanoes, culture and heritage sites. There was a useful petrol station and supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Juan and his colleague were helpful and courteous, and welcomed us with a bottle of the local muscat on arrival. They don't speak english - but Juan used google translate so that really didn't matter! The only thing to be aware of is that the 2nd double bedroom is accessed through the twin room. I would happily return here and recommend to a friend.
