This 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom family home is spacious and accommodating for those looking to relax while away from the slopes, trails, or other adventure or family event.
The home is ideally situated close to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and lakes for paddle sports. It has a large family room perfect for movie or game nights and a utensil-stocked kitchen for those wanting to stay in for dinner.
The house is 7 minutes away from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, 3 minutes from Wachusett Brewery, and 1 minute away from the Old Mill Restaurant with lovely views of Round Meadow Pond. The house has a garage and is situated directly off Route 2A and 1/2 mile from Route 2, which makes it easy to get out and onto well-plowed/sanded roads even after a Nor'easter!
We provide a home to travelers to the area that need some relaxation and a change of pace. Most of our travelers come for family reunions, weddings, and graduations and we love providing a home environment to help create those memories. Westminster is a small town and a wonderful place to visit for vacations!
(Please no parties, on-site weddings or large gatherings. We do not have the staff for large-scale cleaning operations and we live in a residential neighborhood.)

Lovely house in a convenient location

This home was spacious, clean and very conveniently located. We enjoyed a small family reunion there, and connected with friends on Lunenburg and Fitchburg. It’s definitely on my list to stay here again.

Perfect family house

We have family in Ashburnham and always struggle with where to stay when visiting them and this home was perfect for our family. The house is much larger than it appears in the listing and had plenty of space for our two children and grandparents. Very close to nearby restaurants and walking distance to the Old Mill! Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very welcoming and responsive. The tv room also has a piano and was a fun room for our kids !

Wonderful stay

Our family of four stayed several days at this cozy home. Communication was great, house was very clean and comfortable and nice quiet location. Several bedrooms so our teens got separate rooms. Nice hiking nearby and convenient to restaurants and grocery. We asked for a late checkout, and it was not a problem. Easy checkout, stripped beds and towels for laundry and cleaned up after ourselves. Wonderful stay! Thank you!!!

The owners and property manager were a delight to work with! They were both very helpful Disappointed with the location of the house in relation to thinking the lake would have been accessible to swim. Cleanliness could have been better. Loved the chickens!

Extremely accessible to the highway (Route 2) and other main connector roads (Route 2A and Route 140) to get to shopping/gas/amenities. Get right on the road to get to Leominster State Forest (which is in Westminster too!) or Wachusett Mountain, Dunn's Pond State Park or the rail trail in Winchendon. The home has a large driveway and a two-car garage that can easily accommodate at least 5 cars.
