About this property

High Standard 2 Bedroom Villa with 6x3m Swimming Pool and Great Golf Views

This luxury semi-detached villa is ideally located less than a minute's walk away from the resort hotel, resort center, tennis court, community swimming pool, golf club, spa, restaurants and bars.

The villa is in excellent shape as we use it ourselves twice or three times a year for our vacations. You will feel directly comfortable and relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday. We purchased the villa in late 2012. We installed a swimming pool and terrace enclosure. All furniture is to a high standard, for example outside lounge set, dining table and sun loungers are all new.

It has a private 6x3m private swimming pool, front line golf views overlooking the 4th green to the rear of the property. You will completely relax, enjoying your children playing in the swimming pool and in the back seeing the golfers passing by. As the end villa on the street it also benefits from open views to the side of the property where you can see the impressive resort hotel at a foot step.

It has an enclosed terrace, ideal for winter season, when it is chilly in the evening. This way you still can have romantic evenings and enjoying sun set. On the other hand the glass curtain can be opened fully in summer. There is a good sized 1st floor terrace with a table for 4 persons, where you can enjoy sun rise and sun set. The terrace has a with sun umbrella. The garden is North facing, avoiding the heat during the day, but ensuring plenty of sun in the morning, afternoon and evening hours.
New air conditioning units have been installed, in the living area and both bedrooms. The villa has Free WIFI, a Smart Flat Screen TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, Playstation 3, Ipod Docking Station and access to a wide choice of Spanish and UK TV Channels.
Outside there is a sofa set, dining table for 4 persons, 2 sun loungers, a golf set and a luxury Webber gas barbecue.

The villa is child friendly. On request we can supply a fence around the pool, fences downstairs and upstairs, crib, high chair, toys and play pen.

The property was very welcoming for pet ,I may add that the pool and ground floor out side isn’t enclosed if you have a roaming pet ,we have a puppy so had to put it on a long lead because she may of escaped .fully understand why it is like that as it has lovely views of the 4 th green

We have stayed at the Mar Menor resort a number of times for longer stays. Villa Colina felt the most like a home we have stayed in. Lovely villa and lovely people to deal with.

A very well equipped villa that is like home from home.There is all the things you need in the kitchen to cook, should you wish. The pool is wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it.The villa location is on one of the greens, so you can watch the golfers, great entertainment.

An outstanding stay

Words and pictures cannot do this property justice. Attention to detail and quality of fittings/appliances and decor are some of the things that separate this villa from the rest. This Villa had absolutely everything you needed. It was just perfect for us. The open plan element meant we were all together and the downstairs toilet was a great extra. We had all the gadgets we needed including a fresh coffee machine. You will wake up every morning to the most stunning view and really feel like you have had a test by the time you leave. On-site and off site restaurants were all great. We hardly used the car. Very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Albert

A gem of a villa

We have just returned from our Christmas and New Year in the sun staying in this immaculate, spacious villa. The photos do not do it justice as it is far more light and airy. We had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean on our arrival. It was great watching the golfers on the green from the pool area and nice to have the covered porch to relax in too. This villa is wonderfully placed for the hotel, supermarket and only a short ten minute stroll to the restaurants. It was just a little too cold to use the pool on this visit but we hope to book again when temperatures are a little higher. Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung zentral gelegen

Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße der wunderschönen Golfanlage. Die Front ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und im super gepflegten und technisch hochwertigem Zustand. Fijn huis voor max 4 personen gelegen op een rustig en fraai opgezet golf resort met 18 lekkere holes. Murcia en Cartagena binnen 30 minuten. Leuke rustige boulevard aan het zandstrand op 7 kilometer. Prima geschikt voor golfers, minder voor fietsers. Aanrader!

La casa está en una zona maravillosa, el area de la piscina es un lujo para disfrutar de la estancia. La urbanización es perfecta para el relax, escapadas de golf y el disfrute de la familia al completo. Los Alcazares, La Manga está cerca y eso hace que haya muchas opciones. Hemos pasado 23 noches en esta fabulosa villa, totalmente equipada con todo lo que puedas imaginar, muy limpia al entrar, la piscina fantástica, ya que le toca el sol todo el día y así está el agua calentísima, mucha tranquilidad, e intimidad en zona donde está situada la villa muy céntrica en todo, restaurantes, supermercado, bares, campos de golf, etc… El trato con Albert, Janice, Camelia y Eduardo, ha sido fantástico, personas muy amables y comprometidas en los huéspedes para que estén desde el primer minuto lo más cómodas posible, si tienes algún problema te lo resuelven en un cerrar de ojos, Nosotros volveremos seguro, ya que es maravillosa la casa y todo en general, si estás dudando en reservar, pues no lo dudes para nosotros es un 1000 en todo. Why they chose this property

The villa is only 1 minute walk away from the resort centre, swimming pool, hotel, spa, bars and restaurants and golf clubhouse, where it is good to have breakfast or drink.

Murcia and the Costa Calida is the perfect place to enjoy either an energetic holiday or to relax and unwind away from it all. Or both! It is very easy to get to San Javier or Alicante airport.

The Mar Menor warm water is such a treat from May through to October. The unspoilt beaches, like Calblanca, are beautiful for walking in the winter and lively but not overcrowded in the summer. Murcia province is an excellent area for sight-seeing.

What makes this property unique

The villa is in excellent shape as we use it ourselves twice or three times a year for our vacations. We normally go in spring and late summer. In winter we use it as our base to go skiing in Sierra Nevada.

We purchased the villa in 2012 and installed and replaced many things, such as a new swimming pool, terrace, glass curtain and bathrooms.

Air-conditioning is installed in the living/ dining area and in both bedrooms. In addition ach bedroom has additionally a ventilator. Also a ventilator is installed in the terrace with glass curtain.
