Exe View has an enclosed, secluded patio and decked area, where guests can dine outside or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a storage area for bicycles, water sports or other outdoor equipment, all of which can be hired locally. For days out, the owners have thoughtfully provided beach towels and a picnic basket for guests' use during their stay. A children's adventure park, boating lake and swing boats are just a stroll away and the impressive marina, high street shops, restaurants and theatre, are all within walking distance. Shelly Beach on the Exe estuary is also ideal for extreme water sports or bird watching. In the winter months, the Exe estuary is home to over 40,000 wading birds including the iconic avocets. Bird watching pleasure cruises can be arranged. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 with twin beds (including a 3ft stacker bed). Shower Room with double shower, WC and washbasin. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, The hosts left a selection of goodies and essentials which was a lovely touch , the pre arrival communication with hosts was great, and were very friendly but left us to enjoy holiday but were there if needed , would definitely recommend and return

Great location for a beach holiday

Thank you Dave and Nicky. Lovely apartment, very comfortable with everything needed while away. Dave and Nicky very lovely hosts, checked we had what we needed and left us to our own devices. Great location to the beach only a 2 minute walk from the property. Lots of nice bars, some good shops but most of all an amazing beach. Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect for the beach

We love Exmouth beach, so this place was perfect for us. Nicky and Dave made us very welcome and the accommodation is lovely. The apartment is tucked behind the main house and so we felt very secure. There was everything we could possibly need. Easy walking distance to everything Exmouth has to offer. I hope we will get the chance to stay again.

An excellent stay on the Exe

Having stayed many years in Exmouth for long weekends, our week at the Exeview topped all of them. The apartment was modern,well furnished and had everything you needed for your stay. Nicki and Dave were very pleasant and thoughtful having left us a few goodies to get us started. The apartment was very private and very quiet with our own outdoor space. And was situated at the quiet part of Exmouth coast, being two minutes walk away from a beautiful sandy beach. I heartily recommend staying at the Exeview. And we will hopefully be back sooner rather than later

Not Home Away more Like Home from Home

Amazing location so close to the beach, excellent welcoming hosts Nicky and Dave. Everything you could want waiting for your arrival, very clean very comfortable and felt right at home from minute one. Get away couples or family vacations I could not recommend Exeview more, we were very impressed with the whole weeks stay and will definately be returning.

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ganz nah am Strand.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung "Exeview". Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet - uns hat nichts gefehlt, angefangen von Handtüchern, Küchenutensilien, Badeinrichtung, Waschmaschine, Fernseher... Von der Wohnung aus sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, "um die Ecke" beginnt die "Jurassic Coast". Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, das man in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreicht - vorbei an Tennis-, Cricket- und Bowling-Anlagen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir werden sicher einmal wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
