Located in the heart of the village of Heacham, near the popular holiday resort of Hunstanton our cosy, full of character, modern 3 bedroom cottage with secure and private south facing garden, garage and parking space, provides the perfect setting to explore the west facing beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coastline recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether your interests are watching wildlife, walking and cycling or enjoying the unspoilt countryside and safe local beaches, Carpenter’s Cottage provides quality, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Using contemporary furnishings throughout the property is caringly presented to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The cosy sitting room, with its log burner, tv and powerful internet wifi service comfortably seats 5 adults. Whilst the well equipped kitchen/dining area fully supports all self catering needs. The two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Upstairs is also the family shower room with a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Towels and quality toiletries are provided for all guests along with kitchen and bathroom necessities.
A detailed personal service is provided throughout from initial enquiry through to arrival when you will find a welcome basket of essentials including free range eggs from our own garden chickens.

Teresa was warm and welcoming, just absolutely lovely. The property was clean and cosy. Felt like a home away from home. Well stocked kitchen, and with two kids, the washing machine was handy. We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage. A proper home-beautifully furnished, super cosy and everything you could need. Fantastic well located cottage

This is a lovely, well presented and well equipped cottage in a great location. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and off street parking was really useful. The garden is a wonderful sun trap and the local Tesco express a minute’s walk away was well stocked and really convenient.

Whether we’re staying there with friends enjoying the cycling and coastal walks followed by a glass of wine relaxing in the sunny garden or cozied up by the log burner, or meeting up with our children and grandchildren who live close by, it gives us the ideal base to explore this wonderful part of England.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is ideally located in the heart of the village with a convenient Tesco Express within very easy walking distance. We’re also fortunate to have a frequent public bus service with stops 2 minute’s walk from the door. The Coastliner service is a great way to explore our lovely coastal villages and towns without the car!
