Ideally situated the property enables access to numerous cultural activities offered by the French Riviera, including the Maeght Foundation and its famous art collection, music concerts in several villages, the town of Grasse and its perfumes museums, the medieval villages of Vence, Tourrette sur Loup and Bar sur Loup. Nice and its beautiful old centre and its numerous art museums is only 20 minutes away. As to sea activities you can easily rent for an hour or more a catamaran or a sailboard at the yacht club of Villeneuve-Loubet which is 15 minutes away. Worldwide famous restaurant La Colombe d'Or is located 5 minutes from the villa.

Großartiges Anwesen, das keine Wünsche offenlässt, viel Raum bietet, sehr gut ausgestattet ist und absolut traumhaft liegt. Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen unterschiedlicher Generationen eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche verbracht voll sommerlicher Leichtigkeit. Die lokale Betreuung vor Ort hat dazu mit Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit noch zusätzlich beigetragen. Das Haus beinhaltet alles, was man sich wünscht und hat genug Platz für individuelle Privatheit und gemeinsame Stunden.

Great house - fantastic location

Great villa with a fantastic location. Both Saint Paul de Vence and La Colle sur Loup are a 10-15 minutes walk away and there are many great restaurants in walking distance. The house itself is also nice. It has a practical layout and several different social zones. The boule ground, tennis court and pool area are perfect and were used a lot during our stay. Three points of improvement: - The internet speed and range was poor. The Internet only worked properly in the office, so be prepared to do a lot of roaming. - The grill was very small and in poor condition and was not useful for preparing food for nine people. - The lights in the pool didn't work. Not a huge thing, but still... All in all, a very nice house that can be strongly recommended (particularly if those "easy-to-fix" things listed above are rectified).

An Oasis in the South of France

The pictures cannot do this home justice. The house is wonderful and the grounds are stunning. Our stress level dropped the instant we walked through the gate. It truly took our breath away. Our hosts were very helpful, and we had no issues. You will not be dissappointed by this outstanding home.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist an einer super Lage mit Blick auf Saint-Paul de Vence. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man sich wünschen kann mit dem tollen Pool, Tennisplatz und bestens ausgestatteter Küche. Es war einfach wundervoll und wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!

A Brilliant Holiday House

This was a dream house for us. We had all our children and their respective partners with us. Highlights were the tennis court, pool and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Proximity to Nice is a huge advantage and it was so easy to pop up to Vence or down to Colle Sur Loup. We loved the beautiful outlooks to St Paul De Vence and enjoyed total peace and quiet around the property. In short, a perfect house for a large group to enjoy family time together in a beautiful setting with everything you could possibly need. We hope to return!

Second time we spent our summer holidays at this fantastic estate. This is the perfect house to spend your lazy days at the cote d'azur. We had an amazing week at this beautiful place and we are already looking forward to come back.

Stunning Home in St. Paul De Vence

This is a magnificent home, beautifully positioned on a quiet street with breathtaking views across to the village of Saint Paul De Vence. The house itself is large, comfortable and well appointed with a very well equipped kitchen. Whilst a large space, the house felt intimate. We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) yet we still had ample room and could easily lose one another ! The gardens are vast, beautifully kept and the pool is spectacular. There is also an impeccable tennis court below the pool. Along with the amazing full view of the old city, the house is very well situated for many restaurants both by foot and car and the walk into SPDV is a leisurely 15 minutes. It is also centrally located for trips to surrounding villages as well as the coast. I could not recommend this villa more and am already trying to work out when we can next vist again ! Special thanks to the owners Eric and Ariane who were always on hand to help with questions both during the booking process and our stay.

Lovely villa!

We were blown away by the villa and its surroundings upon arrival, yet we instantly felt at home. The villa is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, well equipped and the garden with the pool/pool area and tennis court is beautiful. Mr and Mrs DeLalande were very helpful and always quick to answer our e-mails. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and we are already planning next year's visit!

We thank you for the grate week we spent recently in your wonderful villa. It is really an amazing place. Absolutely silent, close to the seaside, Nice, Grace, Cap d’Antibes and many other picturesque places. The possibility to combine relaxing time at your swimming pool or at the beach with all the interesting cultural excursions in the close surroundings was wonderful. We also loved just staying in your nicely decorated home. Spacious rooms with this unique view on your splendid garden and Saint-Paul-de-Vence! Fantastic! Fantastic house and holidays

Hello, this was our second time in your villa and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely return as we spent a wonderful vacation not only because of the beauty and quietness of the spot but also thanks to all details that contribute to a pleasant stay: spacious rooms and bedrooms, combined with all the necessary comfort and a very nice decoration. The view of Saint Paul de Vence from the garden is magical be it at night or daylight. The children were delighted to be able to swim in the pool after our excursions in this beautiful region. To make a long story short: Eden on earth amid palm trees and oleanders. Thanks again for your hospitality and your advice on all the cultural wonders of the region!

We are a family with with four children (3 daughters and one boy) aged between 29 and 17.
The villa is our family holiday house and we rent it to pay the extensive maintenance costs.
Since we are putting a great deal of passion and efforts to keep our villa we would like our guests to value this family spirit and heritage. We also hope that our guest will enjoy the cultural and historical environment of this part of the French Riviera.

We enjoy our villa because of the space it offers, the beautiful garden maintained with passion, the unique location overlooking the village of St-Paul de Vence. We enjoy sailing at the near yacht club of Villeneuve Loubet or walking in the mountains behind Nice.
We also very much enjoy the numerous cultural activities offered in the area, including art exhibitions (Maeght Foundation), museums, concerts, theatres.
