Our beautiful, spacious 5 bed 3 bath luxury villa with private pool, spa which can be heated upon request, (charged separately) and games room (pool, air hockey and football tables) is located on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, one of the NEAREST to DISNEY, just 3 miles - near enough to come home for lunch and a cooling dip in the pool! The villas are set within a wooded conservation area, just one mile from shops, restaurants and supermarkets, including local Walmart. This beautifully landscaped resort is just 2 minutes from the many attractions on RT 192 including mini golf and a short drive from the area's many famous major Golf Courses, all the Theme Parks and Factory Outlet Malls. My guests have full use of all facilities of the resort, including Lakeside Club House with lounge and large screen TV. The Resort pool and spa is heated year round and features Tiki Hut Bar for poolside drinks and snacks. Club house also has High speed internet access, video arcade, air conditioned fitness centre and sauna. Guests also have full use of the tennis and volleyball courts, 2 x children's play areas, all day (14 hours) on-site concierge service and nature trail through the Resort's natural woodland. The Gates to Emerald Island are manned 24 hours a day,7 days a week, approached via an elegant boulevard with lakes and fountains. Our property boasts 3 beautiful master bedrooms, all with widescreen cable TV's, ceiling fan to king master. Three full bathrooms including 2 luxury en-suites. 2 excellent living and family rooms both with elegant vaulted ceilings, one overlooking and giving access to the pool, which can be heated for an extra charge in winter. Large kitchen and dining area seating 10. Widescreen cable TV's in all rooms. Internet streaming for unlimited movies, 55" wall mounted TV, in lounge + 40" LED TV in second lounge. iNetflix etc. Playstation 3 and games, Blue Ray and DVD player + movies. Linens provided, electronic safe. High chair for baby, two x strollers and mobile cot. Free in-house WIFI and free international calling. Low allergen environment.

Great location, but minimal supplies

Loved the house and location but come prepared with EVERYTHING you need... this includes toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, napkins, dish shop, or anything else. Kinda felt shorted after being told this stuff wasn't included. First house I have ever been in that I had to go out and buy supplies the first day. Put a damper on vacation mood. other than that, house was great.

Beautiful villa in a prime location

For us this property was the perfect villa for our family holiday which included 6 adults and 4 children. It was spacious, highly equipped for all our families needs, clean and comfortable. The resort itself was quiet, safe and secure and it’s location perfect for Disney, Shopping and eating out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again at some point in the future.

I am a married father of two little girls who absolutely love our Disney home and are always very exited to visit. We cherish our family times here which always incorporate visits to the parks, which are incredibly close. We have had our Emerald Island villa since it was built in 2006, a decision I have never regretted, and visit twice a year to make sure it is kept clean and in good condition. It's a great place to meet up with extended family, especially as this includes very enthusiastic golfers!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we love the house and the Resort. It is an added bonus that it is so close to everything that makes a vacation special, all the Theme Parks, the restaurants, golf and of course we are only 50 minutes from the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. This means fun trips to Cape Canaveral, and even the Everglades. Safety is also a priority for us, so this house ticked all the boxes!
