Fabulous place to stay when in Fowey. Town short walk downhill but pub enroute! Cottage has everything you could need. Will definitely go back again.

The cottage was a great location for all parts of Fowey. It was clean, well stocked with utilities and we slept well. James’s communication was very good and Fowey itself was a lovely place to visit for a young family of 4.

The cottage is really well equipped, clean and welcoming. It's at the top of the hill, behind the church and near to the lovely Safe Harbour pub. It's an easy walk to and from the town centre, but positioned away from the hustle and bustle of beautiful and busy Fowey. Perfect for us and our two dogs.

A lovely cottage in a perfect central location in Fowey just 5 minutes walk to centre of the town. The house was perfect with everything we needed for our stay The instructions before check in were easy to understand & the recommendations on the local area were very helpful. would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Fowey.

Absolutely love staying in the cottage. So nice and clean, perfect location; very close to the Sea. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped. Dog friendly cosy cottage, a must stay when in Fowey. Thank you James.

James is great host, he gave us lots of information about the area, with recommendations for restaurants and pubs, beaches etc. A lovely arrival gift of wine, milk and bread which was very thoughtful. The cottage was clean, tidy and in a perfect location. You will not be disappointed booking this property, we had the best time and absolutely recommend hiring a boat from Steve at Fowey Boat Hire.

Lovely stay again.. too short for sure. Feels more like a home from home each stay. Allways very clean and fresh and comms from James is always quick and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone .. couple of days, couple of weeks, a month.. Fowey is wonderful, and certainly blessed with the weather. Thank you.

Fantastic trip to Cornwall and staying at James's cottage is always amazing. The cottage is so close to the sea, its so well equipped, cosy and warm. The bed is so comfortable, and the cottage has everything that you need to have an amazing, fabulous holiday in Cornwall.

The whole property was as described in the listing, the facilities, the cleanliness, the equipment etc. The furniture is of very good quality with very sympathetic decoration throughout. The photographs provide an accurate reflection of the property with one exception. The outside area needs a bit of tender loving care and attention and is not accurately reflected in the photographs. All in all a perfect place to stay.

Lovely little cottage, perfectly located for Fowey which is a 5 minute walk away. The cottage is very well equipped, has everything you could possibly need and is a good size for 4 people. Highly recommended, we would definately stay again.

Had a lovely few days at this cottage. Very comfortable. In a great location for days out or just for a walk into town (the hill climb back up is pretty steep).

Lovely cottage

Lovely family and pet friendly cottage. Well equipped for self-catering and spacious for a family holiday. Very quiet location and close to the town centre. Well recommended.

Stayed at James' cottage a few times now. With some late notice extra leave, I wanted to get back down to Fowey for some Gig rowing training. James was great as he managed to sort out a stay at very short notice with a great hamper waiting for me on arrival. I havent before but a special mention should go the Caretaker Emma, who is amazing and had everything ready for us. Cottage always smells so fresh and always clean. Thank you for a great stay. Jane
