Jim and Judy are wonderful people. We have stayed with them many times over the years....and always return. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is great and the beach is mere steps away.

Second year I have stayed here and it's better every time. Jim and Judy are terrific hosts and the location has everything you could possibly want--beach, trails, close to downtown, restaurants. I can't wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. It had a cozy, homey feel that made us feel right at home, and the location by the beach was perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our visit so enjoyable. Yes they do have beach towels :) There are tons of restaurants and other amenities, some in walking distance to the home.We would absolutely recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

This is truly the best place to stay on Fernandina! Above all the amenities… from the full kitchen, wonderful living room and spacious bedrooms, the icing on the cake for us was the patio with awning and gorgeous grounds and the kindest of hosts! Jim and Judy are precious and we enjoyed getting to know them! Lucky to have such wonderful hosts. Can’t wait for next year!

Host extremely helpful when we had a little trouble with the lock. Lovely accommodation with comfy chairs, roomy bedrooms and just a few steps to the beach. Lots of games for cold rainy days. Convenient to restaurants and historical sites. I would stay again.

This vacation spot was honestly perfect! A very chill vibe with beautiful views and my favorite part was the easy access to the beach. Not far from downtown and amazing and cute shops and restaurants. The people here are so friendly as well! Overall, the stay, the place and the location are top notch.
