We stayed for 2 weeks. Good location in a lovely complex and easy access to restaurants and bars.Unfortunately we didn't find the cleanliness of the property up to a acceptable standard. Property would require a deep clean. We received a message from the host 2 days before arrival to tell us that only 2 of the 3 AC units could be used at the same time as otherwise it would put the trips out, it would have been nice to be aware of this issue when initially booking as I don't find this accurate with the listing. Also one of the AC units ejected ice particles out on occasion. One of the bedrooms had dirty bedsheets when we arrived. There is a lack of any lock in the bathroom. We also only received only one access key which made it difficult for accessibility when there were 5 people staying at the property and we wanted to use the pool or leave the complex at different times.Thick layers of dust on fans and on top of furniture. Overall the property is fine, however not properly looked after and would require a very deep clean, especially that there is a cleaning fee when booking. We're sorry to have to write this review and we're not doing it out of spite, I hope that the host can take this on board as it would be 5 star otherwise.

Gut gelegen, Restaurants, Bars, Strand, Möglichkeiten zu parken waren gut. Kleine Snacks waren vorhanden. Tolles bbq mit Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Nicht so gut waren die Betten, hart und klein. Klimaanlage war zu stark. Keine Erklärungen zu Regeln, alles ging ganz schnell bei der Einführung. Nicht sauber wie erwartet, Geschirr war dreckig bei Ankunft. TV ging nicht für normale Programme.

Parfait pour un séjour en toute tranquillité

Dès le début la communication avec le propriétaire était au top, réactif. Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim car il a fait très chaud. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout mais vraiment tout, même les serviettes de plage, le parasol, une chaise de plage, des raquettes de tennis et des balles pour jouer sur le terrain dans la résidence qui est à côté de la piscine. Y avait même des ombrelle, mais je ne me suis pas servi. Je ne suis pas à ma première location mais celle ci est top. Seul bemol, y a pas un centre ville animé pour les ados et les jeunes. J'en ai deux ils ont préféré un centre urbain.

Llegamos y las fundas del sofa se encontraban manchadas, uno de los apratos de aire no funcionaba, la cisterna del inodoro nontenia boton y la acetea estaba sin barrer. Cuando reclamamos esto a la persona que nos recibe nos dice que el dueño no la paga por limpieza de terrazas exteriores, que el aire acondicionado ponga una queja poe la aplicacion, otra fue que para acceder a la piscina de la urbanización habia quw tener una clave para controlar aforo por el Covid y lo sabia de todo Julio y no siquiera la solicito. Un desastre en general muy poco recomendable

We have never booked accomo separately to flights but everything went to plan, despite a delayed flight arrival to the early hours.... The lady who kindly met us with the key and to show us what was where, having waited hours, was lovely despite the lack of sleep! We saw bee eaters in the nature reserve which is opposite and enjoyed the amazing sunsets. The much needed gated pools (open until midnight!) had socorrista (lifeguards) in daylight hours (closed for siesta between 3-5). Beach walkable if you can cope with the heat/humidity. Not many English people in the apartments when we went, so great if you are testing out your Spanish (although their English is of course way better)! The little tourist train is a fun way to get around. My son tells me that the WiFi is 'decent' (which I believe to be youthspeak for 'fast enough for what I need'!), which made our holiday more enjoyable (hope the grandparents don't read this)! Thank you Tony :-)

Excellent location good accomadation with great views

Stayed at Tony's apartment for 8 nights August 2017,great location for bars restaurants and beach only 5 minute drive away from the center which has the supermarkets. Apartment had everything you need the roof terrace is fabulous with sun all day long,the two pools were great to keep our teenage boys happy. Definatley recommend this apartment thank you Tony for the use of your apartment.

We will be back.

The flat was perfect for us, spacey, well equipped, god location and nice swimming pool. It has a big space on the roof that’s nice for bbq or just for working on a tan. We love this area with some fine walks in Clot de galvany, the nasjonal park. Nice Bars and restaurants nearby. We have enjoyed the place and the flat very much. We will be back.

Thank you Tony for letting us stay at your lovely apartment, We had a very good week staying at your apartment, the apartment had everything you could ask for, was like being at home with sun, the place was equipped with everything, tv, radio, reading material and wifi connection, but it wouldn't have been too much of a chore to walk the couple of hundred yards to the Cork and Bottle on the Carabassi strip that does provide a wifi connection and a very good pint of Mahou, I was sold on this place just by the lovely views on the roof terrace, which gets the sun all day, on the odd occassion that it did get too hot, you can always sit out front or walk around to one of the two pools that are on this gated complex. I will definitely be returning Thanks Again Ryan & Linda

Why they chose this property

We bought our property here as we wanted a safe and convenient place to holiday with our 4 kids.
As it is only 15 minutes from the Airport it's great knowing that once we arrive at the airport there is no big journey ahead.
The kids loved the pool and the nature reserve across the road from our apartment.
They also loved all the summer festivals and the fireworks of course!
Now they are grown up,they still holiday at the apartment...just not with mum & dad !

What makes this property unique

We love staying here as its a great place to chill out.
Even in summer the pool never gets to busy during the day as most people head to the beach.
The beach is one of the best in the area with lifeguards, soft sand and a convenient walkway that takes you right down to the sea.
There are beach bars and places to get food.
You can also rent all types of water sports stuff such as kayaks, windsurfers and surf kites.
Nearby you can also go paragliding.
Our apartment is only a short walk along a flat road to the beach, whereas many other apartments are located at tops of hills!
Also when the weather turns hot the apartment benefits from full air-conditioning
