I stayed in Manoli's place for a week--it was clean, quiet, well located just a short walk from City Park and some good restaurants. The beds were a tad soft for my terrible back, but otherwise everything was great.
This was a lovely home in a safe walkable area. Parking was easy and we loved walking to restaurants and city Park. The home had everything we needed and a wonderful big porch.
My stay at this property was every thing I expected! Very nice, Kitchen was well equipped, quiet neighborhood, close to city park , bike trail, grocery store, library. Would definitely book this property again .
Beautiful, comfortable space, with great kitchen and laundry facilities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, will definitely book again when we return to NOLA.
This property is so cute! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our family of four. It is close to everything and the neighborhood is very quiet. All the neighbors we met were very friendly. The beds are very tall, so if you're short like me, you may need the step stool to get in, which I unfortunately didnt see until the morning we left, lol. I do not consider this an issue at all, but if you're short, look in the closet lol. We really had a lovely stay and would recommend this to anyone. Very comfortable, clean and had a true New Orleans vibe.
Beautiful shotgun home close to city park, host was very helpful and informative with giving lots of local spots to eat and buy groceries nearby, neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet.
After some nightmarish hotel stays in the N.O. area for soccer tournaments, I’m so glad we went this route. The place was in a safe, quiet area with plenty of restaurant options nearby. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
Property was exactly as presented. Was in a great location for the city park and we also explored the area and found some great places to eat. Property very clean and host communication was excellent and easy. Highly recommended and hope to return.
Wonderful host! Great communication, helpful. The house is a beautiful, traditional, New Orleans style shotgun double. We stayed on the right side. Very comfortable, even in the cold. It’s in a convenient location. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We will be saving and booking again for a future stay!
We had a great stay in this mid-city apartment. It was conveniently located and all questions were answered promptly. Would love to stay here for our next visit.
The unit was exactly as the pictures show. It was clean and in a great location. The pull out couch was not functioning properly. We were able to use the mattress on the floor and the host was very responsive and willing to come and fix it while we were there. All in all a great value.
This place is ok if you just need a place to sleep and comfort is not that important to you. - Worst mattresses we have ever had in any vacation rental. Ever. - Uncomfortable living room furniture.- No Furniture or swing on the front porch. And a missed opportunity in the back where there is a really pretty patio with zero furniture. Not inviting.- Both sinks and bathroom and kitchen are clogged- Poor quality toilet paper- Bedding so cheap that it makes you sweat all night. Which is unfortunate since in the many rules you're not allowed to turn the air conditioner below 70.. - No hot water in the shower- No ice. - Forced to either buy insurance for 59 or give a huge 1600 deposit. We are not teenagers, we are three adults over 50 years old. Ridiculous!- Ridiculous amount of rules and regulations for a place with minimal furnishings. -it needs to be stressed again, that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner below 70. Which is very hard and such a hot climate.
Perfect location the restaurants we ate at. They were within 20 minutes of the rental. The house was charming... cool to see some of the original architecture was preserved. Our host did not skimp on details...very thorough. I would stay there again.
Wonderful location, quiet and residential giving us a different type of NOLA experience - ate at Up n Adam’s and it was so cute! Street parking not a problem, even in a minivan. Host was easy to work with!
We had a great time on our NOLA trip! The VRBO was immaculate. Two very comfortable beds and an easy space to relax. The host was fast with responses. Will definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay. Very clean, convenient and comfortable. Nice and quiet friendly neighborhood. Manoli was awesome and answered all our questions promptly. We will definitely stay again.
