Lovely spacious 4 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 8 people.
The house has a large living/dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin, bathroom and separate WC.
The property sits on over an acre of lawns with a large decking area surrounding an above ground pool, which is fenced in. The owners live in the property next door, so are always on hand to help with any assistance you may need.

Short break

We enjoyed our short break here, lovely rural area, only criticism is that it’s needs air-con as it was too hot to sleep on a few of the nights! Over than that we all enjoyed ourselves.

Notre séjour dans le Lot et Garonne s'est super bien passé. La maison etait exactement comme annoncée et les proprietaires étaient disponibles et discrets (encore merci pour les petits cadeaux et d'avoir organiser notre arrivée tardive). La piscine et le jardin était parfaits pour nos enfants! De plus, la région est pleine de belles choses à découvrir. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Relaxing, peace and quiet.

Lovely location near a fabulous fishing lake. So peaceful. Well equipped accommodation with a kitchen that may just have everything. English tv was a bonus. A good selection of books, DVDs and games helped passed the time during the occasional thunderstorm. Beautiful town of Eymet was a decorated delight with lovely shops, restaurants and cafés. All in all, a very relaying 2 week holiday.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison. Avec cette semaine caniculaire la piscine était vraiment la bienvenue! La maison dispose d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Le droit est vraiment calme et permet de déconnecter. Les propriétaires sont gentils et très discrets. Un grand merci pour leur gentille attention à notre arrivée. La maison est propre mais vous êtes en campagne donc les insectes sont présents. Seul bémol s’il doit en avoir, le frigo qui avait du mal à donner une fraîcheur optimale une fois rempli. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison de vacances parfaitement équipée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets. Nous avons profiter tous les jours de la belle/ terrasse piscine . Aux alentours, détente assurée, vignes champs de tournesol! A proximité de la Dordogne, nous avons pu visiter de jolis coins comme Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, le gouffre de Proumeyssac, Bergerac... Nous recommandons++

Très bonne location

Présence de pigeons pas très agréable quand on ne les aime pas. La piscine est petite mais suffisante et nettoyée 2 fois par semaine par le propriétaire. Une bâche à bulles permet de la garder chaude. Transats avec coussins, parfaits. Certains équipements ont lâché pendant notre séjour mais remplacés de suite par la propriétaire. Lits confortables. Maison propre. Lits avec draps propres refaits une fois par semaine et serviettes changées. Serviettes de piscine trop petites, prévoir d'en ramener. 4G ok et WiFi parfait surtout avec des ados ! Propriétaires très gentils et serviables sans être intrusif. J'ai été hospitalisée pendant mon séjour, ils ont beaucoup aidé mes filles avant leur rapatriement. Merci beaucoup j'ai au moins pu profiter d'une semaine très agréable en pleins champs avec les tournesols !

Maison en campagne

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances chez Lindsey et Gérard. La maison est située en pleine campagne, entourée de champs et de la maison des propriétaires juste à côté mais bien séparée. Le lieu est très bien agencé et spacieux, la piscine est un plus non négligeable car sur place il n'y aura que ça à faire (et des balades à pied). La maison est bien équipée avec pleins de petits détails et options qui donnent l'impression d'être dans sa maison secondaire. Les propriétaires sont charmants et serviables tout en étant discrets.

Prachtig huis in rust en stilte

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf op het franse platteland. Een mooie en ruime woning met veel privacy. Het zwembad biedt verkoeling bij warme dagen. De omgeving biedt, op enige afstand, bezienswaardigheden zoals kastelen en grotten. Bordeaux is goed bereikbaar en beslist een bezoek waard. Ga je in de herfst of het voorjaar? Vergeet dan niet je wandelschoenen mee te nemen.

Perfecte gîte voor een vakantie in een rustige omgeving, alles voorhanden.

Zeer goed uitgeruste gîte in een landelijke omgeving. Zwembad is absoluut een pluspunt. Mooi terras om te bbqen. Eigenaars zijn buren en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Welkomstpakket was een aangename verrassing, we voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis (alles voor ontbijt volgende ochtend was voorhanden, we hoefden niet meer naar de supermarkt, lekkere wijnen uit de streek). Goede restaurants in Eymet, restaurant Andine (Peruviaanse keuken) en verse pasta in Arcades (Italiaanse keuken) zijn aanraders.

We have lived and worked in France since 2006 with our 3 children. Both sons have now gone off to University, one in England and one in Bordeaux, so only our 17 year daughter is living with us now.

We have spent the last two years converting our barn and we managed to move into it last year.

Our barn is situated next door to the holiday home, but both properties are separate and very private.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property as we loved the location and the area.
We had been visiting the region with the children for holidays and fell in love with it.

What makes this property unique

The property is surrounded by fields of sun flowers , and the only traffic we have along the lane is the occasional tractor.
