It is located in the country side and is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Only 6km from the city of Siracusa and only 8 min' driving distance to the sandy beach of Arenella. Car park inside the property. Casa Sebi is equipped with 2 bathrooms, washing machine, air-conditioning, Internet wi fi.

A beautiful week in Sicily. The villa had everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and extremely relaxing. Vanessa, the host was professional and helpful and on arrival, her son showed us around the villa with plenty of advice and guidance for our holiday in their villa. The villa and gardens were beautiful and the pool a welcome treat in the hot sun. A welcome guidebook helped us find a number of excellent restaurants in Ortigia aswell as information about the local beaches and area. Thank you Vanessa and your family and a big thank you for the delicious pasta salad. The villa was spotless and we hope to return very soon

A great place to visit Siracusa, Catania and the local beaches

The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and is very well appointed to serve those who would like to eat in or out at restaurants. The beach is about 12 minutes away. Ortigia is about 15 minutes. Vanessa gave us a wonderful pasta salad on our arrival that did us well for two suppers. I have no hesitation in recommending this great little cottage for a short or long stay.K&WVancouver

Relaxing retreat

Thank you for such a lovely stay Vanessa! We all (ourselves and our 5 year old daughter) loved the pool and relaxing in the garden! Great location for exploring beaches close by and Syracuse (by car). Vanessa and her son were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, helpful and even left a delicious pasta dish for us to enjoy when we arrived. Highly recommend.

We (familiy of 4) enjoyed a perfect week in this really nice accomodation! It is quite comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The owner Marco and agent Stéphanie are awfully nice people and were really helpful - communication was perfect and everything well organised. Clean modern villa with a wonderful pool

Stayed 10 nights with our family and we had a wonderful time. Could explore lots of places by car from the villa's location or just spend time at the house by the pool. The house, although small, is well kept, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Vanessa is wonderful and is always on hand to answer any questions/solves any issues promptly

What a lovely clean modern villa, with super comfortable beds and lovely clean pool. Lots of comfortable outdoor sun loungers and chairs. Stephanie was brilliant providing us almost instantly with anything we needed. Fab large dressing mirror which most places lack and spacious lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to Syracuse. Agree parking on Bengasi was best. Easy before 9pm. Camera registers No.Plate, then input in machine and pay on way out. Simples !! We visited Noto (lovely) and Sampieri - Fab beach! and Marzamemi (the beach is a good walk away though). 5 Great supermarkets located together at Avola and down at the front has a good buzz at night with the locals. Overall a really good relaxing trouble free holiday. Highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal bei der Vanessa in einer Unterkunft und es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Wie immer war die Unterkunft in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist sowieso überragend. Alle Unterkünfte haben absolute Privatsphäre und die Gärten sind uneinsehbar. Absolute Empfehlung! Willkommensgeschenk inkl. ! ;)

Arrivati in struttura siamo stati accolti con un piatto tipico siciliano. Premessa, siamo persone che si adattano però ci preme fare delle note a scopo migliorativo. Una legata alla pulizia ( stoviglie non lavate con cura, appartamento non pulito a dovere), l’altra legata alle foto pubblicate sul sito non corrispondenti alla realtà perché datate, forse fatte a struttura appena aperta.

Solitamente accetto tutte le recensioni anche quelle negative perchè servono per migliorare e migliorarsi ma a questa voglio rispondere. La pulizia della casa è sempre stato uno dei nostri punti di forza, infatti nessuno si è mai lamentato, anzi abbiamo sempre il massimo del punteggio, proprio perchè io in primis ci tengo particolarmente. Per quanto riguarda le foto, si forse è vero ma aggiungere una libreria e mettere un divano più bello e comodo non cambiano tutta la casa. L' importante è che le cose fondamentali come la cucina, le camere da letto e i bagni corrispondono alle foto. Questa recensione da lei scritta secondo me è dettata da una sua mal predispozione nei miei confronti quindi pensava di poter colpire così ...ma mi dispiace perchè tutte le altre recensioni vanificano questa. La sua lamentela nasce dal fatto che ha pagato la tassa di soggiorno ( come si fa in tutte le strutture dichiarate ) infatti ha esordito dicendo che lei in Sicilia non ha mai pagato la tassa di soggiorno. Quindi do io dei consigli a lei: se vuole trovare un appartamento di lusso, non cerchi case che in 4 pagate € 28 a persona ( e non eravate nemmeno tutti dello stesso nucleo familiare) e poi non cerchi su siti ufficiali come VRBO perchè siamo tutti in regola....continui a fare come ha fatto gli scorsi anni. Saluti ...Dimenticavo anzicchè guardare solo le immagini sui siti, provi a leggere anche le decrizioni e le regole delle case e qualle comunali ...così un consiglio

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, trotz kleinerer Minuspunkte

Der Check In lief problemlos, wir wurden mit dem bereits schon oft in den Bewertungen erwähnten Nudelsalat begrüßt, der sehr lecker ist. Wir haben drei Tage davon gegessen:) Jiuseppina ist sehr nett, sie kam mit ihrem Sohn weil der besser englisch spricht. Das Haus an sich hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt ein paar erwähnenswerte Dinge die vllt mal angegangen werden müssten. Die Klimaanlage im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist sehr laut wenn sie unter 26 Grad eingestellt ist. In dem vorderen ließ sie sich gar nicht einstellen, sie läuft, aber auch eher lau. Ab und zu war ein Wasserfleck am Boden. Die im Wohnbereich läuft tadellos, und deswegen bekommt man das Haus trotzdem runtergekühlt. Auch bei Temperaturen über 35 Grad. Die Badezimmer sind beide ok. Einzig die Sache das man keinerlei Toilettenpapier in die Toiletten werfen darf, ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich habe das auch erst später hier in den Kommentaren gelesen. Und ich weiß nicht ob ich gebucht hätte wenn ich das vorher gelesen hätte. Letztlich sind wir gut damit klargekommen, und es hat uns jetzt nicht den Urlaub versaut. Das ganze Grundstück ist schön geräumig und blickdicht. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend, leider verlor er stetig Wasser, Jiuseppina und ihr Sohn waren immer hinterher um einmal täglich Wasser nachzufüllen und wir konnten ihn uneingeschränkt nutzen. Wenn man im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist, ist das Tor zum Poolhäuschen sehr laut zu hören wenn es ins Schloss fällt. Trotzdem toller Aufenthalt ****
