Fantastic luxury large Villa 10 minutes walking to the Old Town of Marbella and 15 minutes walking to the beach.



The fully furnished Villa has two floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, billiard room, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.



On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with terrace and complete bathroom.



The villa has a tropical garden of 1,000 sq.m, private swimming pool, outside Jacuzzi and a Moroccan Haima.



~ Inside



On the ground floor of the villa there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; and two of them have a shared bathroom. At the entrance of the house there is a toilet.



The spacious and bright living room of the house has a fireplace and direct access to the garden and terrace.



On the ground floor of the house there is also an indoor dining area with an extendable table for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a billiard room.



On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydro-massage shower The bedroom also features a living room and terrace with table and sunbeds. The terrace has views to the mountain of Marbella.



~ Outside



The Villa has a tropical garden of about 1,000 sq.m.



The terrace of the house features a wood or charcoal BBQ, wood oven, table for 14 people and table football.



In the pool area you will find a chill out area with sofas to relax and a Balinese bed.



In the garden you can also enjoy an outdoor heated Jacuzzi up to 7 people and our genuine Moroccan Haima.



In the garden you will also find an outdoor gym and a pond with fish and turtles.

A lovely place to stay

The villa was perfect for our 3 generation family. The garden was beautiful and very well laid out. The location was great and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. We would love to return.

The wow factor

This property certainly has the wow factor, so many areas to while away the hours in the sunshine. We had a totally relaxing stay and the BBQ cooked for us one night just added to our relaxation

Family holiday

Excellent for families but could do with a bit of updating in certain areas. Lovely location and ideal for mixed ages. Fab pool and gardens but house looks a bit “tired”. However it didn’t detract from wonderful week spent here.

Rafa a great host and a great house

Probably the best host I have ever had. Rafa responds fast and always doing his outmost to help out with any questions you might have prior to your arrival and during your stay. The house has all you need for a trip with friends. Lot of seating areas, lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, great upper balcony for catching some sunshine. A lovely place and a great location, you have a supermarket 50 meters from the house and 2-3km walk to the sea. Our group of friends loved the place and if we are going to Marbella again for our yearly trip we will try to book this house again.

The property really has the WOW factor, we checked in and wondered about in awe. We booked a large top of our budget villa, to be able to enjoy the space rather than head out. Please kindly note that the Villa is located in a residential area so noise has to be moderated and as from certain times in the night it is necessary to reduce the level of noise to not disturb our neighbors. As you were a big group this should have been taken into account in certain times. Apart from this, groups can enjoy the house and can make noise enjoying the house and having fun but always respecting our neighbors :)

Schöne Villa mit traumhaften Garten

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa mit 11 Leuten verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist der traumhafte große Garten. Es gibt viele verschiedene Bereiche, einen großen Pool, eine Whirlpool, diverse Lounge und Liege Bereich, Sportgeräte und einen Fischteich. Und natürlich das Königszelt. Wir konnten den ganzen Tag über sonnige oder bei Wunsch auch schattige Bereich finden. Die Villa liegt sehr zentral. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Die Altstadt ist ca. 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt und an der Promenade ist man in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß, so dass das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch immer zügig und reibungslos. Alle Anfragen und Wünsche wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Villa und können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

An excellent villa for large families

Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. We arrived at the villa a little early, so Rafa and his family showed us a nice little restaurant which was 5 minutes walk from the villa; it was exactly what we wanted after a long day of travelling. The villa was spectacular, and the master bedroom is a thing of beauty(I’m just sad that I didn’t get to stay in there)! We have a large family with children of all age ranges and the villa had something for each of them. The supermarket is less than a minutes walk from the villa, so this was ideal when we were short on supplies. We had a BBQ three times during our stay, and the facilities were superb. The gardens were maintained most days by very friendly staff who were very discreet, and polite. They did an excellent job keeping the villa looking beautiful, and they also took the outside bin bag to the skip for us, which was a bonus! Rafa and his family were always on hand to help if we required anything, and they provided a travel service to Puerto Banus that was first class and cheaper than the local taxis. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Mirador, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Truly beautiful place, I cried when I saw it 💕

This villa is out of this world. The outside areas are second to none. It’s private mature gardens have so many areas to sit and chill out. The pool is great, the hot tub is an added extra 👌🏻The hammock is a dream to relax in. The villa had all immunities we needed with the supermarket on the doorstep. Rafa was amazing and sorted out our transfers with the most lovely driver. It’s about 15 mins walk to beach. There was 11 adults and we all said we would love to go back. If I can’t go again this year I’m definitely going 2020 for sure 👍🏻 We was all sad to leave the villa it was perfect for our group. Thank you Rafa one of my BEST Holidays EVER ! X x

In front of the Villa you will find the supermarket Día (less than 1 minute walking).

A few metres from the Villa is located the Sidrería Usategui, a well known restaurant in Marbella for its excellent meats and fish.

Los Mellizos restaurant is a 15 minutes walk from the house on the promenade, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella.

Nearby you can also find the tapas restaurant Lekune, a tapas restaurant that is a reference in Marbella. This restaurant is a 15 minutes walk from the house.

~ Activities

From the Villa you can walk to the Old Town of Marbella and "Plaza de la Naranjos" (Orange Square). In the narrow streets of the Old Town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes.

In the Harbor of Marbella you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs.

Puerto Banús is less than 10 minutes drive from the Villa. Over there you will find one of the most luxurious places on the Costa del Sol. In its streets you will find luxury boutiques such as Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, among others.

If you are thinking of having a boat trip experience along the Marbella Coast, please do not hesitate to ask us and we will give you price for a boat rental with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the trip.
