We had an excellent stay in St. Augustine at the Grandview. We came for a convert and anniversary weekend. The property was better than the photos shown online. Convenient to everything and a wonderful neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back.

I came from Michigan into St Augustine to visit my younger children and this VRBO was perfect for all of us! It had spacious 6 bedrooms with comfortable beds and the area was perfect to fit all our needs. We really enjoyed the pool . The place is Pet friendly I would definitely rent this place again ! The house was very clean and comfortable. Check-in couldn't have been any easier. The house is in a great location, near everything. Communication was no problem. We were a group of 10 and no one had any issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property in a great location with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We loved having the TV/game room and couches where some of us could hang out while others were in the dining room / seating area or at the kitchen table. The pool was fantastic as was the outdoor covered dining area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. The large circular driveway and parking space were nice for multiple cars. The property owners were highly responsive.

Great Family Holiday Getaway

We had a fantastic time visiting St Augustine and using this house as our home base. It perfectly fit our extended family for a Christmas and New Years vacation. Plenty of beds, clean pool, and close to the beach and downtown.

We enjoyed the Heated pool especially because the nights were a little chilly , it was perfect for the kids to enjoy. House was the perfect layout, very clean, close to everything especially our family outing in Downtown St. Augustine. Let me not forget plenty of parking and the game room was a bonus for the kids they really enjoyed the games.

Very nice house close to everything

The property was nice and clean. Pool and outside area were great to relax and enjoy some family time. Property is close to the beach and to all the historic areas as well as shopping and dining. Great place I would highly recommend.
