Luxury & Spacious 3 bed / 3 Bath Villa in Gated Community - Great for Families

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury family villa located within the exclusive Comanche Trace community. Property boasts an open floor plan with soaring 12 foot ceilings and a large living and dining room that overlooks a private and secluded back patio with fireplace, perfect for entertaining. All three bedrooms are oversized and include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Bunkbeds (4-twins), each with their own attached full bathroom. The living room has two large french doors on either side of a stone fireplace that open to the backyard. The kitchen is spacious and includes all necessary cooking utensils and supplies to cook a gourmet meal.

The villa is located 10 minutes from downtown Kerrville, 25 minutes from Hunt, 30 minutes from Fredericksburg and 60 minutes from San Antonio Airport.

The Villa has a brand new UHD Smart 65” TV with Dish Network and ultra high speed wireless internet for business travelers. Golf cart storage may also be available upon request for an additional nightly fee.

Comanche Trace is a 1,300 acre community with 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, playground, river center and walking trails. Guests can enjoy eating out at the Pinnacle Grill and Chophouse located within the Comanche Trace clubhouse.

We would be happy to arrange a variety of Texas Hill Country experiences to make your stay even more enjoyable. From an old fashioned Rodeo & Dance Hall experience in Hunt to vineyard tours via a private limousine to Fredericksburg, we will do our best to ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable.

Very nice property. Plenty of space for my family of 8. My only complaint is that a Welcome basket with snacks was listed in the description but unfortunately there was not one when we arrived. Other than that the property was as described. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Spacious and well appointed

It is a very beautiful property with all the things we needed. An idea would be to put the bunk beds in the other room so the adult room has the private bathroom. That is just a suggestion. Great place.

Family Stay during the Holidays!

I live close to this property and needed extra room for my out of town family members. They were visiting our hunting ranch and I felt the girls would be more comfortable in a house with room and modern amenities. This house was everything as presented on line. It sleeps eight people easily. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed it so much that it was hard for the girls to leave. We had one 5 year old granddaughter and she loved the bunk beds. I will absolutely rent this place again!

Family reunion

We had a big family reunion on the family ranch. We wanted to stay in Comanche Trace because it was convenient nearby. House is lovely, clean and spacious. We were staying at the house with our daughter and her fiancee. The clubhouse on the hill is also lovely and one night we had dinner there which we very much enjoyed.

Spring break in Kerrville

Always take the grandkids somewhere for spring break in Texas. First time taking them to Kerrville. Had fun and the house was really clean and nice. Just wish there was a little more to do in Kerrville.

Lovely home in great location!

We had a lovely stay on our summer girls trip. We enjoyed the area and took advantage of weekend brunch in the clubhouse. The home was well-maintained, very clean, and instructions in regard to the house we clear and helpful. We would stay again if the chance arose!

Everything about this property was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our Christmas meal. The floor plan was amazing and felt larger than 1900 sq ft. This will definitely be our go to home when we stay in Kerrville again.

Beautiful Home, much to enjoy

This house is more like a home, it was cozy, had a great kitchen and every bed is really comfortable. The community is very nice and felt very safe. Our host was very good about communicating and after we checked out he remained helpful with our questions. Definitely would recommend staying at this beautiful home anytime you are in the area.

Great place for a family stay

Great place for a family stay My family and I stayed here to celebrate my grandmothers 100th birthday, and she happens to live in Kerrville. We had a great place to come back to you and invite other family members who are in town to enjoy this house. Complete with full kitchen, big TV, outdoor area, and lovely space! We even move the coffee table and did a little dancing in the living room. What a great place and I would definitely come here again in the future!

Great property in a great location.

Very comfortable golfing retirement community. A very beautiful setting. Gated for safety, but terribly unnecessary, the views from the on site restaurant were stunning, and we took pictures that we will frame. The hosts left a lot of helpful information about the area, and we used a lot of it. Thank you. You're one of the best hosts we've ever had.

Clean, Quiet, & Accommodating

Shawn was WONDERFUL to work with! We had reservations last year and then COVID-19 hit our country and all closed down. Shawn took note of the situation and accommodated beyond our expectations. A year later, we got to rent his home. The home is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Shawn takes great care in providing comfortable bedding and seating areas for great conversations. Check in was easy, as well as check out. If we are ever in the area again,we would seek out his home first. Shawn & Michelle reside full-time in Calvert County, Maryland and live right on the Chesapeake Bay. They have three children, Madelyn, Makenna and Harper and frequently visit Texas as often as schedules permit. Michelle was born and raised in Kerrville. She attended Tivy High School and was a happy camper at Camp Mystic during the summers, hence the Kerrville connection. Our children love to spend the summer months in Texas visiting with family, riding horses, swimming in the river and dancing after the rodeo at Criders. We hope you enjoy their home as much as we do when we visit Kerrville.
