Luxury & Spacious 3 bed / 3 Bath Villa in Gated Community - Great for Families

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath luxury family villa located within the exclusive Comanche Trace community. Property boasts an open floor plan with soaring 12 foot ceilings and a large living and dining room that overlooks a private and secluded back patio with fireplace, perfect for entertaining. All three bedrooms are oversized and include 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Bunkbeds (4-twins), each with their own attached full bathroom. The living room has two large french doors on either side of a stone fireplace that open to the backyard. The kitchen is spacious and includes all necessary cooking utensils and supplies to cook a gourmet meal.

The villa is located 10 minutes from downtown Kerrville, 25 minutes from Hunt, 30 minutes from Fredericksburg and 60 minutes from San Antonio Airport.

The Villa has a brand new UHD Smart 65” TV with Dish Network and ultra high speed wireless internet for business travelers. Golf cart storage may also be available upon request for an additional nightly fee.

Comanche Trace is a 1,300 acre community with 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, playground, river center and walking trails. Guests can enjoy eating out at the Pinnacle Grill and Chophouse located within the Comanche Trace clubhouse.

We would be happy to arrange a variety of Texas Hill Country experiences to make your stay even more enjoyable. From an old fashioned Rodeo & Dance Hall experience in Hunt to vineyard tours via a private limousine to Fredericksburg, we will do our best to ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable.

Always take the grandkids somewhere for spring break in Texas. First time taking them to Kerrville. Had fun and the house was really clean and nice. Just wish there was a little more to do in Kerrville.

It is a very beautiful property with all the things we needed. An idea would be to put the bunk beds in the other room so the adult room has the private bathroom. That is just a suggestion. Great place.

Very nice property. Plenty of space for my family of 8. My only complaint is that a Welcome basket with snacks was listed in the description but unfortunately there was not one when we arrived. Other than that the property was as described. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Beautiful setting in Comanche Trace!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for one week in February. The weather was in the 70's and 80's and was perfect! The location was great for day trips....we went to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and enjoyed the hill country in between. The villa was spacious, clean and the hosts provided many amenities that made us feel welcomed! We had a great time and definitely want to return!

Family reunion

We had a big family reunion on the family ranch. We wanted to stay in Comanche Trace because it was convenient nearby. House is lovely, clean and spacious. We were staying at the house with our daughter and her fiancee. The clubhouse on the hill is also lovely and one night we had dinner there which we very much enjoyed.

Shawn & Michelle reside full-time in Crownsville, Maryland and live on the Severn River. They have three children, Madelyn, Makenna and Harper and frequently visit Texas as often as schedules permit. Michelle was born and raised in Kerrville. She attended Tivy High School and was a happy camper at Camp Mystic during the summers, hence the Kerrville connection. Our children love to spend the summer months in Texas visiting with family, riding horses, swimming in the river and dancing after the rodeo at Criders. We hope you enjoy their home as much as we do when we visit Kerrville.
