Sunny cozy Sea Cottage with direct view of ocean and Fortunes Rocks beach. The beach is a stone's throw away and makes this cottage a perfect get away or a nice addition for a family gathering to the adjacent classic Maine 5 bedroom Beach House
Sea Cottage boasts a recently renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, well stocked with dishwasher, bathroom with laundry, living area with unobstructed beach views and 2 bedrooms. The slightly larger bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk room has a twin on top with double on the bottom with storage drawers, for extra comfort. New LTV plank flooring and freshly painted cottage extends a very crisp summer feel.
Fun filled days on the 2 mile stretch of beach - surfing, finding shells or kayaking who could want for more? Watch the crashing waves sitting on the Adirondack director's chairs plus picnic table and grill just outside the front door. Spectacular ocean views in front or sunset over the adjacent pond!
