It is on the outskirts of the village of Loupia, a few cables from Limoux that welcome you on the shady terraces of this very pleasant holiday home classified 3*.
The town of Limoux is an excellent place to stay for those who are particularly fond of discoveries, both natural and cultural. It allows to radiate in star to the medieval citadel of Carcassonne, classified as a world heritage monument by Unesco; The Canal du Midi, also a World Heritage Site; The Cathar castles; And the famous village of Rennes le chateau, whose notoriety has been put back on the agenda with the Da Vinci Code. Here, the mystics will be able to walk in the footsteps of Abbé Saunière and the treasure of the Templars.
The nature is lush and full of rivers, paradise for fishermen as well as sportsmen in search of thrills during the practice of sports in whitewaters. It is also on these lands that the vineyard has given birth to the ancestral Blanquette de Limoux.
The house of 260 m² is comfortably furnished for 10 people with air conditionning in all the bedrooms. It has a private garden of 600 m² enclosed, decorated with a large covered terrace and a swimming pool arranged with these wooden beaches. The pool of 5.30mx3.20m with depht of 1.10m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from mai to mid october. The house is sheltered from view and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills.
On the ground floor : spacious living room with lounge and dining area, large kitchen, 1 independent living room with insert, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasins, 1 separate toilet. Night corner with 1 kingsize bedroom and 1 twin room.
On the 1st floor: 1 mezzanine, 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 other kingsize bedroom very spacious with dressing and terrace of 20 m² facing south / west with beautiful view, 1 twin bedroom, 1 independant bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Airconditionning in the 2 queensize bedrooms.
Very beautiful views of the countryside and the surrounding countryside.
The owners speak English, German and Spanish.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 100 €,
30€ extra per week for 1 pet allowed,
Possibility to rent sheets + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel at 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival,
Air conditionning and electric heating compulsory according to consumption displayed on the general meter reading at 0.25€/kwh the year around.
