Appréciations des équipements

Il est noté un parking sur l'annonce : le garage n'est pas autorisé, parking dans la rue. Il est noté une baignoire sur l'annonce : pas trouvée. Photo de l'annonce de la maison, attention on utilise que la partie basse et un studio sous la piscine. La photo ne correspond pas à l'espace disponible. Climatisation : 1 clim dans une chambre dans le studio et 1 clim dans une chambre au RDC de la maison. La maison et le reste des chambres n'est pas climatisé. Wifi dispo aprés 4 jours. Problème électrique dans la cuisine pas de frigo pendant 48 heures. J'ai déjà loué deux autres villas à Calpe dans le secteur de Maryvilla qui annonçaient des prestations que l'on retrouvait sur place. Je ne recommande pas cette villa.
