Moult Sylvan, Stunning Shabby-Chic Holiday Home - Stunning Sea Views
Stunning three and a half bedroom, two bathroom home with great south facing views of the Salcombe estuary, ocean and National Trust woodland. Access the beach easily down a well maintained and pretty public footpath.
Located on a quiet culdersac away from the congestion of the central town but easily accessible - a 0.8 mile walk along the estuary Cliff Rd, or by the South Sands Ferry from South Sands beach. It is very close to the Bolt head costal path as well as numerous farmland walking paths to the rear of Moult Hill. Salcombe is one of Devon's premier coastal towns.
The bookings run Saturday to Saturday in High Season. At other times Friday to Monday Weekender, and Monday to Friday Midweek stays are also available. It may be possible to arrange other combinations by request.
2 well behaved dogs allowed.

Waterskiing and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
