We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage, great location for the beach and local pubs. Lovely and clean and Alison was really good with communication plus helped us when we needed some legal documents printed.

Excellent location for Crantock beach, and superb outdoor facilities. Ali and Freddie were very friendly and helpful hosts. Clemens Beach House offered everything we needed, including beautiful sunsets over the sea. We enjoyed our stay and will happily visit again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely loved this little beach house, was perfect size and set up for our trip. The walks we could do were brilliant with the SW coast plan on the doorstop Alison was brillant, anything we needed she was responsive and helpful. Will definitely go back and stay here soon

Clemens Beach House was a perfect location for us, close to the beach and nearby walks. Also easy to get to nearby seaside towns such as Padstow, Newquay and Perranporth by car. The house was very clean on arrival and had all the amenities we needed. The prosecco and scones were a lovely touch. Great communication with Ali before we arrived. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Lovely place excellent location

Couldn’t recommend Clemens Beach House enough! Beautiful house, well furnished with all you’d need, great location 5 mins walk from a fabulous beach and 2 mins from a couple of good pubs! Ali and Freddie are great hosts who couldn’t be more welcoming!

Great stay at Clemens Beach House

Lovely cottage, great location. Only 7 mins walk to the beach and less to the village where there a 2 pubs and a pizza place. Cottage was very clean and had a great outside space which was enclosed. Owner was very helpful and friendly
