The Fisherman's house
Bright and cozy flat of 110 mq well located in the city center and 50 mt close to the beach –the beach resort Rive di Traiano and Levante's beach. If you want to spend your Holidays having all the benefits of a traditional flat, my place is all you need!
THE BEACH
The closest beach is 50 mt from the flat
THE FLAT
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building with two main entrances.
Guests will have at their disposal:
-two big rooms with king size beds
-one room with a single bed
- fully equipped kitchen
-the balcony
-the living room
-the bathroom
The flat is not provided with air conditioners, but you will have at your disposal fans for the summer season and a stove for the winter. Also, there is not elevator.
SURROUNDING AREA
The flat is well located in the city center and close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, caffetterie and pasticcerie, shops and parks. Also, it is close to the local Market where it is possible to buy local fish and products.
In the surrounding area it will be possible to visit the Traian Port, have shopping on the main streets – Via Roma and Viale della Vittoria – and visit the historic centre.
Also, you may visit Ponza, Ventotene and Palmarola islands and the cities of Sperlonga and San Felice Circeo which are only 20 minutes far away from Terracina.

Soggiorno perfetto.
Da rifare! Ci siamo trovate talmente bene da chiedere di prolungare il soggiorno. Casa grande,dotata di doppia entrata, in posizione centralissima. Camere spaziose,pulite. Cucina dotata di tutto. Padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibilissima,ci ha fornito lenzuola ed asciugamani. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene!!
