This was our second time staying at the Beautiful Tide spool house.And we thoroughly enjoyed our visit .We plan to come back again soon.We would recommend this Beautiful home to all of our family and friends.

This house is located right on the ocean path down to the water, short easy walk to the water down the dirt path. The house is amazing, with amazing views of the ocean, easy to check in and a large bonus game room.

Great stay at the Tide Pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home was comfortable, well‐maintained, and a great place to relax. One of the highlights was the beach access—the private path made getting to the beach convenient, however it is a bit treacherous, so it is not fit for elderly folks.A special touch we loved was the fresh baked goods we ordered from a local baker that were delivered right to our door. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Oh Boy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is spacious, view is stunning, 3 king beds-nice, but the house is not well maintained for the price I paid, all the "way too fancy" shower devises are confusing and many parts broken along w/ the jet tub w/ broken jets, freezer handle fall offregularly. Frig water filter had expired as well. Never again.

Good morning! We say in the ad that the upstairs bathroom is just a huge, wonderful soaking tub and that we do not offer the jets in that tub and to enjoy the jetted hot tub outside. Not hidden. If you would have called us we we could have fixed the freezer handle and the water filter easily. Our handyman lives in Dillon Beach. 2 minute fix, plus we could have showed you how to use the shower. Although if you never touch a knob it still functions as a normal shower. The showers does work fine, but yes, there are a lot of knobs. This is the 5 -Star review from our guests that parted just before your stay, "We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home was comfortable, well‐maintained, and a great place to relax. One of the highlights was the beach access—the private path made getting to the beach convenient, however it is a bit treacherous, so it is not fit for elderly folks. The location is amazing, great deck overlooking the ocean. Just down the path gets you to a rocky beach, and on lower tide you can take a short walk over to the main part of Dillon beach.Really appreciated the very comfy king beds, game room in the garage, roomy house.

I notified Wine Country to Coast about these issues & they were very quick to respond, stating that all these issues will be looked into. I do feel they listened to our complaints. They sent a staff member out quickly. VRBO website showed the same look & furnishings that were accurate, however; Sofas are worn, make noise (like a whoopee cushion) each time you sit down & the hide a bed was an INSULT to expect that anyone would be expected to sleep on. Mattress worn, sinking at the head rest, food crumbs & dirty. Mechanism to push the mattress back needs attention. Very difficult to push bed in. Inside home needs painting or touch up in several areas. Bathroom showers are way too complicated & as noted you can’t even use all the water sources. Master bedroom down stairs have very sheer drapes & allow morning light coming in the room, so you’re forced to wake up. Game rooms in the detached garage are so uninviting. I must not have noticed that they were in the cold, cement garage. Very misleading.While the house appeared surfaced clean, there was a sense of dullness & dinginess. A true deep cleaning is needed throughout the home.Bunk beds are very shaky. Anytime child up top moves the entire bunk bed shakes.Access to the beach needs to be updated on the website to a more challenging walk to the tide pools. It is somewhat treacherous especially if rain has occurred. We selected this property for the beach access & no one in our party could use it.
