Celebrated a milestone birthday with 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house was perfectly situated for beach access, walks, and enjoying the sunset. Game room was huge bonus for evening activities. Everybody, especially the dog, enjoyed watching the local deer herd walking through.

What a great location and property. We maxxed out on people and it still felt comfortable. The property has a magical trail to the ocean for cold plunges, all the kitchen tools (alum foil, baking pans, spices, bowls) you need to cook/bake at home, wonderful games in the garage, a beautiful deck that offerings a lot of seating AND compost/recycling/trash (which as someone who hates food waste and not putting everything into the landfill this was awesome!)The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. However I would prefer some sustainable swaps (refillable shampoos/soaps etc) and the curtains are not black out shades so bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive!The views are unmatched, the WiFi is great, and the cleanliness of the property was impressive. Would definitely recommend to anytime visiting the area!

Sliding glass screens kept falling off. Handles in windows and sink fell off. The game room was not impressive. Please upgrade silverware. Beds a bit too soft. The house is tired and a bit worn. Ocean View was spectacular.

Stunning unobstructed beach views from the deck, wonderful host, great place! We really enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Excellent service from our host, who speedily brought over a nice new Samsung 65” tv when the old one needed replacing, and left us a yummy fresh baked sourdough loaf as a gift.

The house was very clean. The concern I have was the pictures do not match the state of the home. The home in person looks very different. Also having only two towels per person for a family of four is not enough to work with. We have stayed at other homes in the area so we understand that you have to bring your food and other items but towels and bedding so be in the plenty plus laundry detergent to clean the dirty laundry. Overall the home was okay at best to stay at because for other reasons.

We had an awesome stay at the Tide Pool. The house itself was really nice—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in right away. It’s also pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The views were great and made for a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the game room—it’s seriously impressive and kept everyone entertained. Overall, this place checks all the boxes and then some. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The home was comfortable, well‐maintained, and a great place to relax. One of the highlights was the beach access—the private path made getting to the beach convenient, however it is a bit treacherous, so it is not fit for elderly folks.A special touch we loved was the fresh baked goods we ordered from a local baker that were delivered right to our door. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The location is amazing, great deck overlooking the ocean. Just down the path gets you to a rocky beach, and on lower tide you can take a short walk over to the main part of Dillon beach.Really appreciated the very comfy king beds, game room in the garage, roomy house.
