House was perfect for our family group of 9. Plenty of space inside to spread out. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and plenty of towels for bath and hot tub. Great location. Beautiful views from all sides of the house. Our favorite was from the hot tub!! Hosts respond quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!!

Retired hikers

The house is very nice, just as pictured. We are five couples who travel together and enjoy the outdoors. The west side of Sedona was close to many wonderful hiking trails. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement worked perfectly for our group. The living room does not have seating for ten but that generally was not an issue, there are plenty of dining chairs. We would stay here again. The hosts were easily assessible and most helpful.

Family Reunion May 2023

5 couples (10 adults), age range of 55-75. We are 5 siblings and spouse who get together every 12-18 months and like to stay in one big house. 2 bottles of wine & many Kureig coffee pods were provided as well as all kinds of consumables (paper towels, TP, soaps, shampoo, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies etc). We did not need to shop for ANY of these types of items. The location was just right for our group. We have some individuals that are “in shape hikers” and some who were content to just stroll around the property. Close to town, with very easy and quick access to hiking a jeep trails. Views in ALL directions were AWESOME! Some early risers saw the sunrise over Chimney Rock and everyone enjoyed the sunset while lounging in the hot tub with views of Doe Mountain and beyond to the west.

60th Anniversary Celebration

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 60th anniversary with our children and grandchildren.It was the perfect place! The house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable.The kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals for eight. The location was fantastic! The scenery was breathtaking everywhere we looked. I traveled with five girlfriends to celebrate a big birthday. We enjoyed our stay at the house. The landowner and caretaker were very responsive. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect, as it was close to town and close to great trails. There is a nice shaded backyard and gorgeous views from the tall kitchen window and the side deck. I would highly recommend this place.

Our party of ten thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, the setting and views are wonderful and between the patio, deck area and the front porch, much of our stay was enjoyed outside. Peaceful retreat

This was the perfect location, beautiful views all around, some trailheads within the neighborhood, close enough to easily get groceries, gas etc but once at the house it’s your own private oasis. Our “girls getaway” of 5 people had plenty of space and weren’t on top of each other at all. The stars at night were amazing!

Very nice property...wonderful location.

The photo being used as the primary photo is misleading. The fireplace was not usable and I don't remember this being stated anywhere...and it's the focal point of the photo. Toilets (2) were running and had to shut off. We had much fewer people than the capacity, so we were fine. House was very nice, quiet, and quite comfortable. All other amenities were complete.

This house is beautiful! The location is a short drive into town. House was clean, beds comfy, and an ample supply of linens/towels. We've rented many times on VRBO, and I must say that this tops the best of them. In the past I've found limited kitchen supplies and lousy cooking pots/pans - not this house! You will not want for anything. Plus the views are amazing and home is private. Host are easy to work with and respond quickly. Would love to go back! Thank you!

Secluded yet close to town

This was a very comfortable property. It’s about 5 minutes drive to the restaurants and shops of West Sedona, but has a tranquil feel of being set in woods as if miles from anywhere. We loved this combination of peaceful solitude yet ease of access . The house is well equipped and very comfortable.

Perfect Family Retreat

This house and the grounds was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing our Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. We didn’t need to bring anything but the food. The bedrooms were well separated from the living space. The three and a half baths contained plenty of towels and toiletries. There was lots of living space to eat, play games and do puzzles or watch TV. The internet was high speed and allowed my sons to work remotely, streaming meetings and presentations while enjoying family time. We enjoyed the hot tub once or twice daily. We hiked several trails a short drive from the house. We saw a deer pass by while standing on the deck. The location was perfect. It is secluded but near town. The views are spectacular. My family loved our stay and is talking about making a stay here a Thanksgiving tradition. All in all it was a perfect family retreat.

Great Getaway in Sedona

Great house for a group or even a couple families. The bedrooms are large and airy - very spacious. It's not a walkable distance from the downtown area, but just a couple mile drive, so no biggie. It's a walkable distance to the Devil's Bridge trailhead though, which was convenient. Highly recommend - great property!
