It's not just that we've been in business for years; as of April 2017, we also manage Il Rustico personally. With lots of communication and the help of a great local team, we've attended to all the specifics, from the big details (like A/C and a clothes washer) to the little things, including comfy seating on the balcony and an iron & ironing board.

After many happy guests, we know most of what our guests need. And if there's something you find missing during your stay, let us know and we will do our best!

Forget the absent property manager: Il Rustico is privately owned. And by that, we mean it's just the two of us: Amanda and Adriano - and we're here to help. We'll be available via text and email, before and throughout your stay. We'll fill you in on all your soon-to-be favorite spots. If we're in town, we'll pick you up at the train station. And, if there's ever a problem or question that pops up during your stay, we'll be there.

In other words, we'll be as hands-on - or as hands-off - as you want.
