The Uncorked Carriage House is a quiet & comfy option in the iconic town of Rosemary Beach. Rosemary Beach quickly became the South's premier beach vacation destination, and it’s not hard to see why. The Uncorked Carriage House is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach and only 1-2 minutes to the Sky Pool or Cabana Pool. Prefer to shop and dine? Walk 3 minutes to arrive at Barrett Square & Main Street, where you’ll find all the shopping and dining of Rosemary Beach.

The Uncorked Carriage House features one bedroom with QUEEN bed, a living room with QUEEN sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchenette with a small dining table for three. There’s also a full bath located in the bedroom. The living room offers a 26” flat screen TV for your entertainment.

The property location was excellent, and, overall, very clean and comfortable. The only reason for an overall four stars is three of the blinds were not easy to open, the bedroom fan was inoperable due to the remote missing, the dining area rug needs to be cleaned or replaced, and the french door side bolts did not properly lock .I appreciated the text updates from the property management. We arrived after dark, and initial access to the property was seamless.

The Carriage house is a great value in the heart of Rosemary Beach. It’s exceptionally clean and close to beach, food, shopping and many outdoor options. It’s small and the bath and storage are a bit tight but it works well for a couple. Street parking is first come first serve and be aware that the entry access is above the garage via outside stairs.

Perfect accommodation for a family of 4!

This was our second time visiting Rosemary, first time staying in one of the carriage houses. We loved it! Our 3 year old took the sleeper sofa and our 1.5 year old was in a pack n play we brought from home, while my husband and I took the main bedroom and it worked out perfectly. We love how close this place is to the beach AND our favorite Rosemary beach pool!
