Quiet house in the middle of a vast partially wooded ground. Located less than 15 minutes walk from the beach and a campsite with bar / restaurant + food.
It is located between Oliva and Vergel and / or between Denia and Gandia, larger cities.
It consists of a main house that I rent (70 m2, 2 bedrooms a large living room in which there is a comfortable 3rd sleeping, a covered terrace) and an above ground pool 7x4x1. 3 ...
There is also an independent studio that I reserve in case it is necessary for me to come.

For the maintenance of the ground and the swimming pool, the access must be free for the gardener and / or the pisciniste (tjs after consultation with the tenants).

Han sido unos días maravillosos, en los que he podido disfrutar de la tranquilidad y comodidad que buscaba y que ofrece este alojamiento.Lilo (mi perro), ha estado de fábula en un terreno tan grande. Un punto muy a favor fue el aire acondicionado, ya que me pilló ola de calor.La comunicación y disponibilidad de Daniel ante cualquier duda, ha sido de diez!!. Si él no podía se ocupaba de que alguien lo hiciera.Repetiría sin dudarlo.Gracias por todo!!

Hola Silvia, me extrañaba no saber nada de ti. La verdad es que habitualmente recibía antes un msj en mi email y después venía aquí a leer lo. Está vez no y tampoco vine aquí... Tout a été parfait aussi bien à l’accueil du couple d’hôtes, Daniel et Patricia qui sont des gens formidables, que la propreté de la maison et l’emplacement à 10 minutes à pied de la mer sur la Costa Blanca. Nous avons passé 3 semaines superbe dans cette maison

Nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin alors que nous devions normalement prendre la location dans l'après-midi, Daniel a fait tout son possible pour que nous puissons y avoir accès au plus vite, c'est à dire dans la matinée. La maison est agréable, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour, tout y est ! De plus pas de bruit de voisinage ce qui nous a enchanté. Daniel est très sympathique et très serviable, il nettoie régulièrement la piscine, est à l'écoute de ses locataires, le côté humain c'est quand même chouette ! De plus la plage est à 5 minutes de la maison, elle est très grande un peu sauvage, pour les balades c'est top sans compter qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, ce qui est rare. Les commerces sont pas très loin mais il faut quand même une voiture. Je crois que j'ai dit l'essentiel, nous y retournerons 👍👍👍

Super Contact avec des locataires qui sont rapidement devenus des personnes avec lesquelles il a été très agréable de partager quelques moments au détour d un nettoyage de la piscine ou autre passage pour raisons personnelles. Très compréhensifs, aimables et forts sympathiques. C est donc avec plaisir si l occasion se présente, que je les recevrais à nouveau.
