Maison très agréable mais problème avec le gérant de la location

Un mois après la fin de la location, je suis en litige avec le gérant de la maison qui nous a proposé un rabais pour compenser l’absence de climatisation pendant la première semaine du séjour mais qui nous facture par la même occasion des sommes incompréhensibles comme le ménage de fin de séjour dont il nous avait dit qu’il était compris, comme la chambre d’hôtel offerte pendant le séjour parce que la climatisation ne conditionnait pas ainsi que des frais pour le payement de la remise et des frais de remplacement d’un objet que nous n’avons pas cassé. Nous changerons volontiers ce commentaire quand la situation sera résolue. Nous l’espérons vivement car le contact pendant le séjour était très agréable.
