- Three steep steps lead up to the stable front door
- Beamed kitchen/diner with a run of pine kitchen units and a rustic dining suite

FIRST FLOOR
- Beamed sitting room with comfortable lounge seating and two window seats
- Fully tiled shower room W.C. with hand basin at the rear

SECOND FLOOR
- Two cosy bedrooms; a double and twin beds respectively
- The former enjoys a birds eye view across the harbour

OUTSIDE
- Although the cottage has no garden, the front steps provide an excellent vantage point

LOCAL AREA
- Formerly the birthplace of Jonathan Couch a distinguished local historian
- Restaurants, pubs, galleries and local shops are close at hand as is the Heritage Museum of Smuggling and Fishing
- Seasonal pleasure boat trips depart from the harbour
- Coastal footpath offers walks eastwards to Talland Bay & Looe, and westbound to Lansallos & Polruan
- Small sandy beach that sits outside the harbour walls and is accessible during low tide
- Further beaches can be found along the coast at Talland, Lantivet and Lantic Bays
- Looe is 4 miles by road and Fowey 7 miles via the Bodinnick ferry

Excellent location

The cottage at polperro was in an excellent location couldn’t wish for more, plenty of places to eat/drink within walking distance (highly recommend the three pilchards, portions are HUGE)

Adorable old fisherman's house in the port of Polperro

The Warren cottage is an adorable old fishherman's house. It is extremely well situated at the heart of the Polperro port with a view on the port with the tide going up and down every 6 hours. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable and well equipped with two bed rooms on the second floor and a separate living room on the first floor. We would strongly recommend not only Polperro which is a place that has kept its authenticity and relative quietness as opposed to other places in Cornwall, but also this cottage which offers everything a traveller can hope for.

Warren Cottage is truly a wonderful place to stay for your holiday with amazing views across the harbour. The cottage is well decorated throughout with very complementary furnishings. You're assured of a great holiday.
