This purpose built holiday home is in the village of St Breock near Wadebridge, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Jasmine, Woodland Retreat is a beautiful holiday home at St Breock Downs near Wadebridge. There are three bedrooms each with en-suites and TV’s . The ground floor is open plan with a very well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. Off the master suite is a balcony and off the ground floor is a decked area. There are over 90 acres of woodland and landscaped gardens in which to explore as well as fantastic leisure/spa facilities and tennis court. This is a fantastic holiday home for families, couples and groups of friends that appreciate good taste and a little indulgence.

Amenities: Gas central heating, electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TVs DVD and WiFi. Electricity inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. A cot is provided in the property however if you require use of a high chair, this must be requested before you travel. Ample off road parking. Shared use of landscaped gardens, swimming pool/spa and games room. Access to 90 acres of woodland. Sorry no pets and no smoking
