Waterfront location! With boat dock!

The best location in Monterey Beach in Lavallette! Your own boat dock in front of the house and the bay beach next door! Panoramic sunset views over the bay every night! New construction! Three story with decks on all levels! Lots of views from lots of windows! The master bedroom is waterfront with a queen-size bed and master bath, private deck. The second and third bedroom both Queen size beds in each and decks. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds; able to sleep 4 people. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a queen size sleeper in the 3rd floor loft. There is a 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. All new appliances, large kitchen island and long barn style table to seat 8. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor by the bedrooms. Outside deck for dining and BBQ's and plenty of room for sunning.

Ground floor living room has two large size sofas (1 is a sleeper), a gas fireplace, TV, surround sound speakers. On the 3rd floor there is another living room with 2 large sofas (1 sleeper) and TV. Bring your own linens.

Outdoor shower by the beach! Plenty of parking! 2 short block walk to the ocean!

The bay beach next door and has a full playground with swings. You can use our dock for your boat or enjoy crabbing.

It is truly the best location you could hope for.

The house was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the bay. The garage was stocked with all the beach chairs and bikes we needed, as well as a few yard games for the kids. House was perfect for a family vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family vacation. There was a ton of space and the location could not have been better between the playground and dock being mere steps away from the back porch. The location is easily accessible to the beach and downtown. Between that and an absolutely stunning sunset every night, there is something for everyone to enjoy! The house was well-stocked and we felt right at home.

This house was terrific and the location on the bay beach was perfect for everyone! From our 11 year old to our 25 year old, It was an awesome house for everyone. We hope to stay here for years to come!!

We really enjoyed our sum...

We really enjoyed our summer vacation at this adorable summer home. It is very convenient to the beach, shopping and dinning. With the bay beach next door and the lagoon in the backyard we didn't even have to leave the house. Being on the water truely makes a summer vacation at the Jersey shore special.
