The room is equipped with a large kitchen with all comforts, oven 60, oven90, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, refrigerated chant song, stereo, maxi-screen X digital channels, wi-fi, foosball, all in a large and unique well-stocked space, leather double sofa bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe and nice toilet room with emotional shower. The open space is in direct contact with the sea-view garden with swing X children, gas BBQ and large wooden gazebo X dining outdoors. There is CAR porter. X indoor car parking with access to the private courtyard, all in a quiet hilly location within easy reach of the magnificent sandy beaches of Scauri and in the stones of the nearby golden pebble beach. Located between Rome and Naples you can reach in a few minutes the Parco di Gianola, the Vesuca Terme di Suio, the splendid Gaeta and the Ulysses Riviera.

Ein tolles Haus

Das Haus war sehr spontan für uns nutzbar, da wir von unserem eigentlichen Vermieter abgestoßen wurden. Umsomehr hat uns die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art der Vermieter hier besonders gefallen. Der Check In deutlich eher als geplant war auch überhaupt kein Problem. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet, so das auch vier Personen dort Ihren Urlaub verbringen können. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und helfen auch bei kleineren Schwierigkeiten...;) Das Auto kann direkt im Innenhof mit automatischen Tor geparkt werden. Der Garten ist großzügig angelegt und bietet Platz für ein gemütliches Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang unter einem Pavilllion... Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und freuen uns bald wieder kommen zu können.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit außergewöhnlich guter Ausstattung. Toller Blick über Scauri und den Golf von Gaeta. Sehr zuvorkommende Vemieter.
