This condo has the "wow" factor - you will not be disappointed. Gorgeous, loft-style, riverfront condo in the Riverstone area of Lake Coeur d' Alene. With floor-to-ceiling-windows, enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor, this corner unit has the best view of the river and surrounding mountains.

Conveniently located, enjoy a short 3-minute walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, the Centennial Trail is steps away; walk or ride your bike to City Beach, the Marina, the Resort or downtown. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, appliances and tasteful decor -- not your typical vacation rental! Condo has one bedroom with king-size bed and one bath. There is a contemporary fireplace in the living room for the winter and air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. The wrap-around deck offers a patio table and chairs, barbecue and a bar top table with two bar stools. Also, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured entry access and secured parking.

The condo was clean and organized. Kitchen was perfect for storage, space, and having the necessities. Parking was a little too tight I will have to admit but nothing I couldn’t conquer. Last, but not least the host was phenomenal. Truly helped me in a tiny pickle and I truly appreciated it. Will definitely be coming back!

View is lovely and plenty room for us. However housekeeping does not maintain all amenities, ie light bulbs that are out, refills in kitchen, report to maintenance that TVs do not work, even after doing everything suggested, keys are difficult at entry even for maintenance person.

We love to entertain, travel, surf, ski, play pickleball and see live music. Enjoying time in and around the water is one of our favorite things. Some of our favorite travel destinations are Hawaii, Nashville, Palm Desert and Las Vegas. Our most recent trip was a two-week road trip through the west including California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado - we fell in love with our country all over again.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Coeur d' Alene on a road trip through the Northwestern US and now call it "home." We believe Coeur d'Alene is one of the most beautiful places in the country and it has something to offer all year round. In the winter time, we enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and walking to get coffee as the snow is falling. In the summer, we love boating, wake surfing, barbecuing, biking and walking our two Corgis. Downtown Coeur d' Alene is great for people watching, shopping, coffee, restaurants, bars and friendly locals.

What makes this property unique

Being right on the water! With walls of glass and an expansive deck overlooking the water, you can spend your day watching the paddle boarders, kayaks and boats go by. Or in the winter watch the Bald Eagles migrate right past the window. Of course you can get outside and walk the boardwalk along the water, jump in or enjoy a meal on the patio at Le Peeps or Terraza overlooking the water.
