Harbour Place #4101 is non-smoking & does not allow guests to bring pets. The condo is an end-unit and is located on the first floor with elevator access. Trailers/Boats/Jet-Skis cannot be stored under the building and must be kept off-site unless placed in a dock space. A slip can be rented on the Marina from the ship store.
