About this property

Charming Garden Unit In Beautiful Pacific Heights. Flat Walk To The City's Best

This two bedroom, one bath home was designed in 2017 with the highest quality materials in a grand historic Victorian. Marble tile, radiant heat, fire sprinklers, new plumbing and electrical systems, new appliances, new windows and designer lighting were all part of the renovation. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Pacific Heights has some of the best weather in San Francisco. Within a few blocks, there are fabulous restaurants serving everything from oysters to pizza. Fillmore Street has the best shopping and dining in Pacific Heights and is only two blocks away. An excellent grocery store is a block away.

Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and Caesarstone counters. There is strong WiFi and streaming services on the 4K TV.

Transportation is right outside the front door. Connect with BART, Caltrain and the ferry system to travel anywhere in the Bay Area. Street parking is always available on our block. We park in front of the building daily.

Local attractions include cable cars, the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park (including the DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences and Conservatory of Flowers), Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Union Square, San Francisco Bay Ferry, Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, Treasure Island, San Francisco Giants Ballpark and the Wine Country.

Corporate travelers are welcome. Moscone Convention Center is a 10 minute car ride from the property. We are open to shorter stays.

Shaban was incredibly responsive and very help especially in securing a parking permit for our stay. Location with this property is everything. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, grocery, and pharmacy needs. Neighborhood feels very safe. It was the perfect location for our stay.

INCREDIBLE Stay

My friend and I had a great stay during our summer internships. Julia went above and beyond, even ordering my roommate a bunkie board to help with her back problems. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved going to all of the cute restaurants/shops on Fillmore. Would highly recommend!

Delightful flat with easy access to the city

Our family of four just completed a five night stay at this property. We had a great time. The flat was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us - a few blocks from a grocery store and many great restaurants and stores - and right on the bus line to downtown. The owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. We really appreciated their efforts to help our vacation go as smoothly as possible.

A true home away from home

The property has everything you need to stay there for a short or longterm stay. The location is absolutely fantastic! You are central to everything walking and 2 hour parking is easy to come by. The owner even helped me get a long term permit. They are super responsive and supportive.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication with Julia has been amazing. As travel nurses we’ve stayed in a lot of places and she has by far been the best host we have had. The location is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. Even though the space is on the smaller size, the rooms are where most of the sq footage takes up and it was perfect for what we needed. There’s a lot of light and windows, and the apartment had everything we’ve needed. We were able to get visitor parking passes and parking has been completely fine! We have been able to easily find spots 90% of the time. We have been very pleased with our stay and recommend it to anyone! Esp. Those who are working at Kaiser on Geary, it’s very easy to get to from this apartment. 5 star place! Thank you so much!

Great stay in a great location!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this clean apartment while our SF home was under construction. It was so fun to be in a neighborhood with so many restaurants and amenities within walking distance. There is a lovely park just blocks away and its one of the best shopping and dining neighborhoods in the city. The hosts were thoughtful and very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was supplied and if we had questions they were quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Super nice and kind host

Julia is the best host! She always replies email promptly which is very important for travelers. The apartment is nice, clean, safe and in the best neighborhood in San Francisco. There is everything you need in the apartment. You name it. Julia even gave us a huge pack of toilet paper when it’s out of stock everywhere. All the supplies (detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are organic and mainly Method. There’s a Dyson vacuum cleaner you can use every day which is super convenient and will maintain your living clean and healthy. You can tell that the host has a very high standard. She’s managing the apartment as her own home. She gives you what she will use daily. Not as many others who just simply put all the cheap stuffs there. This is a trustworthy host and a pleasant apartment. You will not regret. I chose it because I barely see so many all five stars. Julia deserve it.

Wonderful hosts

We stayed at this property to help care for a family member who was receiving out-patient hospital services. Julia and Shaban were wonderful hosts who consistently ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. They checked in with us only when necessary and always responded very quickly and helpfully when we needed support. The apartment was very clean, safe, and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. Perfect apartment for the family to enjoy and explore San Francisco. Clean, well-appointed with everything we could need (towels, extra pillows, blankets, fully stocked kitchen to make breakfasts and the occasional dinner). Layout with two separate bedrooms and separate full bath was perfect. Living/kitchen combo area was comfortable for 4. All the comforts of home, but everything was luxury hotel quality - and clean, neat, with no clutter or personal affects. And perfectly located for a relaxing peaceful location but still with easy uber or bus access to everywhere - the wharf, Embarcadero, financial district, Golden Gate Park, presidio, xtc. Julia was so accommodating and helpful to all our questions. Would definitely recommend for a perfect non-hotel option in a great location!
