With the charming town of Calpe just a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants and a supermarket, you can enjoy the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. A car is recommended for ultimate flexibility.

Suitable for 2 to 16 people – Tailor-made holidays

The villa is ideal for groups of 2 to 16 people and offers a perfect holiday experience both in high season and outside of it. In high season the villa can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, but outside of the season you can adjust the length of your stay and the arrival and departure dates to your liking.

• Views and terraces: Enjoy panoramic sea views from the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, pool and various terraces. The large covered terrace offers plenty of space to relax, with lounge, tables, chairs and an extra fridge.
• Swimming pool and Jacuzzi: Dive into the private 10 x 4 m swimming pool or relax in the 6 person jacuzzi. The pool is heated by a Full Inverter Duratech heat pump, for a perfect temperature.
• Complete outdoor kitchen and lounge: The villa has an outdoor kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink and kitchen appliances, ideal for dining. In the shaded basement you can relax and enjoy the lounge and outdoor toilet.

Spacious layout for all guests

The villa is spread over 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and sleeping facilities for 14 people. There is a double sofa bed in the TV room for extra flexibility. The 3 bathrooms are modernly furnished. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and offers direct access to the terrace with spectacular sea views. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

• Ground floor: The entrance hall leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, the living room and kitchen with access to the terrace.
• Floor -1: Offers 3 bedrooms, including 2 with sea views and private terrace, plus a TV room and an additional bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 bedroom has a private bathroom.
• Floor -2: The pool level with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for ultimate convenience.

House with lots of space, apart of pots, dishes and dishwasher everything was clean at the arrival Pool water was troubled but good enough to swim. Some kitchen equipment could be replaced Communication with Yves prior to arrival was a bit slow, the lady in place very good. All over a very good place I’d recommend

Lovely location, stunning views.

Overall, We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were fantastic, the pool and jacuzzi were great and aircon in every room helped a lot. Majority of rooms were lovely and welcoming, spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The kitchen has seen better days and could do with a refresh, but everything you need is there. Same can be said of the outdoor kitchen area. With a couple of spiral stairs perhaps not suited to elderly or people with disabilities but no problem for younger families. The area is nice and secluded and a car really is advisable, although you can use ubers/taxis for a small fee. The nearest town of Calpe is beautiful. The owner/manger were easily contactable. Thanks for our lovely stay.

Hi the garage houses 5 or 6 washing machines and dryers and people arrive without any warning to use the washers or dryers they also have a key to the internal garage door. If you pay for the electricity chances are you won’t be getting a refund as they don’t give you the correct meter readings or inform you where the meter is apparently it’s behind the shed. Owner states it’s on a different meter I am not too sure about that.

Lovely family holiday

We had a lovely holiday once we got in. The Villa is very spacious, we had a few niggles however these didn’t effect our holiday, the sun was shining and the kids loved the pool, the out door kitchen was far from fully equipped we found 1 pan 1 glass 2 forks and there was no microwave, we managed by loading a bag and bringing our drinks glasses and snacks down to the pool, the steps down to the pool are not very practical so didn’t want to do to many trips up and down, I wouldn’t recommend these for toddlers or the elderly, we paid for the pool to be heated and this was well worth it, we didn’t use the hot tub as it was above 40 and it was to hot despite a man coming to fix it, that said we didn’t worry as the pool was enough for us. We used the coal bbq that was down near the pool table and hot tub as there wasn’t a gas one on the balcony as it states in the Villa description, this worked fine. We arrived late that was on us as we couldn’t get decent flight times, moving forward I would suggest there’s water and loo roll in to tide guests over until they can get to a shop to purchase these, we had to find a garage open late at night and it was a 15 min drive away. The man who looks after the villa was very helpful and give me his number incase we needed anything, we didn’t need to call.

Lovely villa and great holiday…a few bits to know though

The first thing that greets you as you walk in Villa Anita is the view…it’s amazing! The perfect setting for drinks and meals on any level of the villa. The amount of space inside is great. A large lounge area with seating for all our party (10 in total) and bedrooms big enough for everyone. Air conditioning has been placed in every room which was a great help as we had very hot weather for 2 weeks. There is a full sized fridge on the balcony outside the kitchen (perfect for beer). Also another fridge at pool level in the well equipped outside kitchen, even better for pool side beer and kids drinks. Luc managed the villa for the 2 weeks and was available to deal with any request we had, he was a great asset and a massive help to us! A few bits which I have spoken to the owner about: the advert for the villa should suggest that a car is highly recommended. There are no bars or restaurants within walking distance as was suggested in the advert I saw. We hired cars ourselves and this is definitely needed for shopping at local supermarket etc. The walk to and from the beach or shop is not for the faint hearted in the heat. It is too long to reasonably do, so definitely think about a car. Finally the staircases in the villa are steep spiral type which is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. There are no photos of any of these staircases in the advert which I asked to be changed. Don’t let this put you off though…it is lovely! Thank you Yves

La casa está más retirada de la playa de lo que pone , una de las habitaciones supuestamente con aire acondicionado nos dicen al llegar que está roto y lo solucionan con aire portátil el cual hace mucho ruido y es imposible descansar , las escaleras de caracol muy mal ubicadas para moverte de una planta a otra , las cristaleras sin seguridad al cerrarlas, los muebles y armarios en mal estado y mucho cuidado porque luego en nada que ven un desperfecto te hacen un cargo en la tarjeta siendo que eso ya estaba en malas condiciones , las camas incómodas con colchones que dejan que desear, y limpieza más que deseable.

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce logement avec mes amis, tout était très bien, la piscine superbe, le jacuzzi très agréable et le propriétaire très réactif ! Je vous conseille juste de penser à bien louer un véhicule parce que la maison se situe en haut d’une côte et de prendre des chaussures de rivière car la plage la plus proche n’est pas seulement une plage de sable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mes amis et nous vous recommandons ce logement !

Hola, Quería poner una reclamación al propietario de este alojamiento. Me he alojado con mi familia, desde el 25 al 29 de abril Quiero comentar varios puntos. 1) La casa estaba en muy malas condiciones, una vergüenza. -Los wc se no funcionan, se embozan y dan problemas - La encimera de la cocina era de madera y había una madera rota y mi prima pequeña se cortó en el brazo, tuvimos que ir a la farmacia para desinfectar la herida. - Dentro del jacuzzi había una madera y mis primos se hicieron daño. - Habían colillas en los maceteros de la terraza - La barbacoa estaba sucia y no la pudimos usar - El terreno de la casa era peligroso, no habían vallas de seguridad y estuvimos preocupados por los menores. - Toda la casa estaba en mal estado, no ponen fotos reales de la casa en el anuncio -El futbolín de juego, no funcionaba 2) Habían cámaras dentro de la casa - Que hayan cámaras dentro de la casa, atenta contra nuestra privacidad. 3) El contrato estaba en inglés La persona que vino a tomarnos los datos y darnos las llaves no hablaba español. El contrato estaba en inglés y nadie nos avisó de esto, no hablamos inglés. Ya que estábamos descontentos con el alojamiento, nos fuimos de la casa un día antes de la fecha de salida. Quise tener un detalle y avisé a la persona encargada de ello para que apagara la calefacción de la piscina y ahorrar en luz, aunque hubiéramos abonado un día más.

You started this quest after leaving the villa in total chaos with lots of damages and only after I contacted you as you fled in the middle of the night! Villa vacance du 5 au 19 août 2023

La communication avec le propriétaire était au départ fluide mais ne l’a plus était du moment où j’ai eu un soucis personnel et que j’ai demander à annuler mes vacance contre remboursement ou décaler mes vacance à l’année prochaine Negatif pour lui du coup étant donner le prix payer nous nous sommes quand même rendu en vacance malgré que nous n’avions pas trop la tête à sa j’aurais dû faire attention à l’annonce qui stipule « aucun remboursement quelque soit la raison » faite attention à cela ou prévoyez une bonne assurance voyage. Arriver sur le lieu des vacances j’ai étais accueilli par Luc très gentil mais l’accueil laisse à désirer pas de tour de l’appartement juste une remise de clef. Grande surprise à notre arriver rien pour nous accueillir pas de bouteille d’eau, pas de papier toilette ou de sopalin, rien vous devez vous rendre au magasin de suite pour vous hydrater après la longue route (partit à minuit arriver a 17h30). À côté de cela la maison comporte un certain nombre de défaut les chasses d’eau de 3 toilettes ne sont pas complète et ne fonctionne pas correctement, plusieurs porte de chambre ne ferme pas ou sont très compliquer à fermer, les portes des toilettes/salles de bain ne ferme pas à clef pas top pour une villa avec du monde ,le billard est loin d’être neuf comme sur l’annonce il est bien user et un seul manche était encore en état, le jacuzzi est très compliquer à faire démarrer le bouton ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dans l’ensemble bonne vacance.

Vergane glorie...

De communicatie met de host verliep moeizaam en gaf mijn geen welkom gevoel (mijn perceptie) Op berichten werd vaak niet of pas na een reminder gereageerd. Bij binnenkomst in het huis waren er veel gebreken (o.a. kapotte sofa, ontbreken van glazen/koffiezetapparaat en het missen van een dekbed om te slapen.) Een aantal van deze gebreken werd binnen 2 dagen opgelost. Mijn dekbed heb ik nooit mogen ontvangen. ( heb dekens van de sofa gehaald en daar onder geslapen) Daarnaast veel zaken ronduit vies of bijna kapot. Ik vond ondergoed van vorige gasten onder mijn bed, borden en kopjes hebben we eerst in de vaatwasser gedaan alvorens deze te gebruiken en in de toiletten beneden stond nog de urine van de vorige gasten. Daarnaast staan de hendels van de wc's, lades in de keuken en douchestangen op instorten/kraken. Daarnaast was de ruimte tussen het gasfornuis en de rest gevuld met drek en vetresten. Een goede schoonmaakbeurt en update van de inventaris is nodig.

Dag Raymond Denk dat ik op elke vraag snel en keurig heb geantwoord. Sofa was volgens de poetsdienst niet gebroken bij intrede. Heb hier geen issue van gemaakt en na 1 dag stond er reeds een nieuwe. Er staat een Senseo, heb dan maar een extra koffiezet laten brengen op uw verzoek. Glazen waren inderdaad verre van compleet, ook hier heb ik er een nieuwe set laten leveren. Wat betreft dekbed heb je zelf meegedeeld dat je je beholpen hebt met plaid die in de living lag en er dus geen dekbed moest gebracht worden. Maar inderdaad er zijn een aantal fouten gebeurd van de poetsploeg en verantwoordelijke. Geen van beide werkt nu nog trouwens voor mij en werden vervangen. Mijn excuses hiervoor! Alles is intussen geüpdatet, netjes en werden de gebreken hersteld. Hoop alleszins dat je toch nog kunnen genieten hebt van jouw vakantie.

Het uitzicht van de woning is erg mooi. Het huis is ruim maar heeft wel een aantal gebreken die niet worden vermeld. Van deze gebreken moet je vooraf een foto maken anders kan het jou worden aangerekend.

Dag Saskia door de opeenvolging van verhuring in de zomer en het niet altijd respecteren van de eigendom door sommige huurders gaan dingen inderdaad stuk. Echter, elke opmerking waarover een melding ontvangen wordt, wordt asap hersteld. Dit was ook zo in jouw geval. Maar natuurlijk als je zelf iets breekt of kapot maakt ( en zeker als het niet door een normaal gebruik is of door slijtage) dient dit vergoed te worden, hoe jammer dit ook is. gran sitio para un grupo, descansar y pasarlo muy bien

Muy bien. Yves, el dueño fue un magnifico anfitrión y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. La villa tiene de todo a nivel de equipamiento y es ideal para un grupo de amigos o familia. Si se puede es mejor tener coche para moverse por allí e ir a la playa, pero por otro lado es un lugar mas tranquilo. Sitio muy recomendable para repetir en próximos años.

Beautiful location fantastic size villa

We were 10 family and friends coming together and this was the perfect setting . Rooms are spacious , living area is very spacious. Able to all eat around a table outside and inside . Steep hill down to beach , no problems going down but coming up can be a bit more time consuming. 5mins drive from calpe which was a lovely beach and much quieter then it’s neighbour Benidorm . La Furterra was a lovely little beach with a nice cafe / restaurant on the beach . Supermarket down the hill and a 10-15min walk Kitchen both inside and pool side had all the amenities needed for a large group . 3 fridges in the property which was much needed . Air con units have been placed in the bedrooms and will be a much needed resource in the summer . The view from the Villa is beautiful and the pool overlooks the view . Pool was heated prior to arrival which was great and the added touch of a jacuzzi overlooking the sea really puts this above other villas . The cleanliness was faultless. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend Villa Anita for those seeking a get together in a nice peaceful setting Thank you

schlechter Eigentümer Service! keine Ansprechpartner bei der Übergabe, so wurden uns kaputte Geräte in Rechnung gestellt, die wir nicht kaputt gemacht haben! Whirpool war defekt und nicht gereinigt, mussten alles reinigen obwohl eine Reinigungspauschale bezahlt hatten.

Hi Mujda sorry that the jacuzzi broke down on your first day. Spa people came around on monday, got the part and fixed it on thursday. Guess that's pretty good service. But you don't mention your group arrived at 10 Am instead of 5 Pm, when you damage a brand new fridge you need to pay. We had every day contact by mail, whatsapp or mail; instead of being honest the cleaning team had to find out about the fridge. The women of the cleaning team are no maids, they clean so new guests arrive in a clean house, they don't have to do your dishes, throw away your left overs, take away your garbage bags, etc. 2 times a week pool service comes to clean and inspect water of the pool and jacuzzi. Of course, you're in a bird's-eye view only 350 meters away from the beach, sand grains do pass the house, and land on terraces, pool or jacuzzi occasionally. But ok, I don't have a butler service nor am I a hotel with 24/24 staff at your disposal. Good luck in the future.....

Superbe maison!

La maison était génial , propre et moderne ! Avec vue sur la mer , piscine super grande et jacuzzi juste à côté ! La ville était facilement accessible également ! On était à 14 dans la maison enfant y compris et on a tous adoré , on y retournera c ‘est certain!
