Cabral Riverfront Oasis -On the Colorado River -Private Beach & Launch Ramp

This is the Best Rental on the River! This home has a private sandy beach and 27ft wide boat launch. This is a 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two bath home, located on the river. No smoking allowed. Inquire about pets.

THIS IS A SISTER PROPERTY TO VRBO 40564. YOU CAN RENT BOTH HOMES
FOR LARGER GROUPS.

The house is completely furnished.. The kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with all cooking and eating essentials. The house has a central air-conditioner and heating unit.

All bedrooms are completely furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans. This is a wonderful home with lots of windows and ceramic tile.

There is plenty of parking for boats and RV's. There is a 18 hole golf course within one mile. The house is 18 miles from the Bullhead/Laughlin Casinos and 13 miles from the sand bar.

The view was perfect. We stayed in one of the homes and my friend and his family stayed in the other and we had an amazing weekend. The beach is perfect for cooling off and just enjoying a day on the river

Great River View

2nd time we've stayed and we're very satisfied with the rental. Early check in time was a plus and sandy beach with sturdy umbrella was even better for those hot days. Boat launch ramp is very convenient and made our trip that much better. We would definitely come back.
