Großartiger Blick auf das Meer, super Lage, Bar/Restaurants in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt schräg über die Straße. Haus sehr gut geschnitten, die Ausstattung mit kleinen Fehlern, aber insgesamt sehr schön.

abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane presso questa casa che vanta una posizione invidiabile ma la casa richiede assolutamente una manutenzione profonda. Molti oggetti arrugginiti tipo stendino, barbeque, ferro ed asse da stiro. Strofinacci sporchi già all'arrivo, pentole non idonee al piano induzione. bagno del piano terra non finito. Biancheria da bagno con macchie .

Nettes Häuschen mit traumhafter Aussicht

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer gleicht einem Postkartenmotiv. Nachteil: die Passanten können einem direkt beim Sonnenbaden zuschauen. Wen das nicht stört, hat das große Los gezogen. Das Haus ist ein Neubau, Interieur und Ausstattung sind hochwertig (solide verbaute Fenster- und Türstöcken, sehr gute Matratzen, schöne Möbel im Wohnraum). Kehrseite: manches ist einfach schlecht umgesetzt (schiefe Lichtschalter, wackelnder Wasserhahn, Kabelsalat hinterm TV, die beiden Badezimmerspiegel mit dem mittig (!) angebrachten Fenster sind klarer Baufehler). Die Wohnräume sind hochwertig eingerichtet, wirken eher nüchtern und kühl. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts, Geschirr/Besteck bzw. Kochutensilien sind gut und reichlich vorhanden, Geschirrspüler bzw. Waschmaschine sind funktionstüchtig und von guter Qualität. Zur Sauberkeit: Betten, Sanitäreinrichtungen etc. sind völlig in Ordnung. Sobald man ein wenig genauer hinschaut, sieht man die Schwachstellen. Da klebt hier mal ein (fremdes) Haar oder da pappt ein Glas oder ein frisch von der Reinigungsfirma geliefertes Handtuch hat Flecken. Wenn ich mir dann den durchaus stolzen Preis anschaue, den wir für zwei Wochen gezahlt haben: da geht noch was. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung hat funktioniert. Leider hat uns die Information von Miguel gefehlt, was mit dem bereits bei Anreise defekten Fenster passiert (eigentlich sollte die Behebung sofort erfolgen, wir haben dann aber nichts mehr gehört). Insgesamt: 4 von 5 Sternen
