The spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom suite, has views of the tropical garden setting of the swimming pools and the sparkling waters and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has the perfect view of both the pool and beach. It's bigger than it appears in the photos. It was an excellent choice for my family of four over spring break. We never had an issue getting a spot by the pool or on the beach. There's a restaurant next door which is nice and there's plenty of good sight seeing in walking distance. Highly recommend this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice facility, well secured, easy parking.

There is no better place than The Crescent in Miramar Beach. Private beach access and our unit came with beach chairs/umbrella, large kid friendly swimming pool. The entire property was perfect for our family.

We always stay at The Cresent but this condo was great! The location and view were perfect. Our older girls could run up and grab stuff from the condo when needed. We love that it includes 2 beach chairs/umbrella! This owner had a welcome basket and other toiletries that not all condos offer (very thoughtful)! We will stay here again!

The condo is well appointed - more spacious than other condos we've stayed at and had extras that were much appreciated - well stocked kitchen (including some supplies), pantries and closets, ceiling fans, nice/extra outdoor furniture. Also love the beach service was included. Condo location is great - close to pool, close to ocean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.....were able to walk or bike to everything all week! Don't hesitate to book this one!

2nd stay at this unit

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this unit and probably won’t be our last! The unit provides you everything a family needs and even has starters for you such as toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. I knocked a star off for cleanliness because when we stripped the beds before we left, we noticed some really gross stains on the mattress pad, but we didn’t notice anything before the . Love the Crescent!
