Beautiful semi detached property set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca.



It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a nice garden, that share a private pool, just a few metres away from the sea.



This one features a lovely dining and living room with views to the sea, and is also open to the graceful kitchen and to a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful views of the sea. There is also a toilet.



Downstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, all of them open to the private terrace that surrounds the property. One of them features a double bed, another one a single bed and the last one two single beds. There is also a bathroom. In the terrace there is an amazing living area with sun loungers and a barbeque.



There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 metres away.



There is a free parkingspace very close.





It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Cala de Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches as well as some bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
