Bella Beach House offers you a nice, quiet area in North Topsail Beach where walking with your canine companions and riding your bike is welcomed! The second row location offers surrounding views and a beach access just down and across the street! The streetside covered porch and yard area add to the amenities of this wonderful abode!

Please note: For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras—one on the front porch and one on the driveway.

Great location to beach!

We greatly enjoyed our stay, location was wonderful, beaches were beautiful, clean and the water was so clear! The home is comfortable and great for a family get away!

Great week at the beach!

Our family liked this beach house - short walk to beach! It had everything we needed.

Underwhelming

The bathroom looked like it had been given a quick wipe down, but was certainly not clean. The rugs were filthy. The appliances were new, and therefore clean, but every other aspect of the home was dated (except for the floorboards, even though already warping). There is a refinished dresser in the bunk bed room that smells bad. I covered it with a blanket for the duration of our stay. The interiors of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were old and dirty. Given the price, late check in and early check out times, I was very disappointed. Thankfully, the beach was nice so I have given 2 stars.

Great location

The check in process was easy, the house was very nice and was in a great location. The only problem we had was the tv in the living room was broken, I did email the reality company and they sent someone out the next day to look at it but they were unable to fix it (not that most of us really minded) the only reason for the 4 star cleanliness rating was that there was a good bit of sand and dust in the corners of rooms and under furniture and the sliding door in the one shower was off the track and was hard to open and close. The location to the beach was perfect, the beach is not crowded near the property, beds were comfortable, outdoor ahpwer was a definite plus. Overall I would definitely rent this property again.

Great place to stay

Overall, our experience was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My only "complaint" is that we were not provided our linens until the next day even after I was contacted to let me know that they would be delivered late on the day of our arrival. No one brought them until the next day. Wasn't a huge deal though for us.

Perfect first family vacation

We had a great time. Our first vacation together. The house was georgous. It was well maintained. Located close to the beach access. Perfect for our first family vacation!!

Not bad but not worth the price.

The location was good but the view of the ocean was mostly blocked by the homes across the street. Access to the beautiful beaches was close by and definitely the best part of our short stay. We were rather disappointed in the condition of the house. There were several small dents, scratches in the bedroom walls, one of the closet doors was broken. In one of the bathrooms there was considerable soap scum on the shower doors and the floors were very dirty throughout the house (our bare feet were black in 5 minutes) and the small area rug in the living room was filthy with dirt, hair and dust. The kitchen was very nice however and the furniture was comfortable. A few miles down the road in Surf city is where all the action is. There are plenty of nice restaurants, shops etc. and fun things to do all around the area. I'd like to go back to Topsail beach again but it won't be at the Bella beach house.
