An abundance of windows and a vaulted ceiling allow sunlight to pour into the living area and fill the house with the excitement that each day can bring. Enjoy your morning coffee on your spacious, partially covered deck and relax with the peace of this quiet residential street. New hardwood floors and new furniture throughout, a soft color scheme and simple yet tasteful decor will help provide a comfortable home base for you and your family as you embark on each day's adventure. Enjoy a short walk to Ocean City's beautiful beaches and legendary boardwalk. Take the bikes for a leisurely ride through town. Escape inside a book at one of the nearby coffee shops. Hop over to the neighborhood playground for some fun on the swings or the courts. There's fishing...shopping...surfing...fun in nearby Atlantic City...and SO much more. After the day's activity, you can unwind in the outdoor shower (or one of the two indoor showers), prepare a nice dinner in our fully stocked kitchen or cook up some burgers on the grill. Of course, if you're looking for a vacation from the kitchen as well, there are are also plenty of nearby restaurants, including Italian at Piccini Restaurant and dessert at Johnny B. Good Ice Cream Parlor just a block or so away. When night falls, you can punctuate the day with the lights and sounds of the boardwalk amusements or retire to your deck to quietly bask under the star-filled sky. It's time to recharge. Before you know it, the sun will rise again...on this perfect Ocean City home.

Upstairs Beach Rental

Nice modern upstairs beach rental in OC, NJ. About a 15 minute walk with little kids so we opted to drive to the beach most days. Rental had all the comforts of home, kids loved the bunk beds and overall my family enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in an excellent location: close to bay, beach, Asbury Avenue, Wawa and Acme. It was very spacious and the deck was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Finding carts and extras chairs in the garage were definite bonuses! The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the very steep stairs. My 80 year old Mom struggled. Otherwise, beautiful home in a nice areas of the island.

Great house

The house was great! Location was perfect for walking to beach and boardwalk. I had a few questions that the host answered immediately and he was in contact throughout my stay. The house had lots of extras such as beach chairs, carts for the beach and bikes. I would definitely come back and stay! Wonderful experience!

This house has everything. It's clean and it is in the perfect location to get to everything you will want to do! We love the bikes in the garage too! The only place you'll have to drive is to get groceries. Otherwise we parked our car and didn't need it at all!♥️

Best OCNJ Vaction

We had an amazing time this year on vacation. The condo was up-to-date, clean, spacious and cool. Its location was great for walking to the beach, the boardwalk Wawa and shops on Asbury. Because of its location, I was able to relax and let my teenagers enjoy the boardwalk and the beach. Communication with Mark Was terrific. He was very responsive and accommodating. Nice accommodations that fulfilled our needs. They also had use of beach tags & bikes which was a bonus. Second floor- steps could be a challenge for some and were a little steep & beach was walkable but unit is closer to the bay.
