A one bedroom barn conversion situated within a courtyard on the owner's 22 acre small hold near the Gloucestershire village of Newnham-On-Severn.
The Old Dairy is a ground floor converted barn just outside the village of Newnham-On-Severn in Gloucestershire. The cottage can sleep two people in one double as well as a family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen and an open plan living area with sitting area and dining area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with garden furniture. The Old Dairy is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove (logs provided). Electric oven and grill, gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and patio area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest pub and shop 0.7 miles. Note: This property is not suitable for children.
