Contemporary and stylish, this lovely holiday home is close to the leisure centre, tennis courts and children's play area. To the rear, your own private patio looks over the adjoining communal lawned gardens, Monterey pines and open countryside beyond. Inside, the spacious open plan lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and glazed doors to the outside seating area. Also on the ground floor is a smart well equipped fitted kitchen. Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms - a bright and airy master and a family room with three single beds. The estate facilities are excellent and for the exclusive use of residents. The leisure centre houses a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a lofty games hall with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, are a sun terrace and communal BBQ area, two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach is a short walk down the hill. Note: Swimming pool closed for repair from 1st November 2022- March 18th 2023
